Very helpful Customer Service
Second time I ordered from here and it's been a quick and easy transaction again. Unfortunately, part of my delivery was stolen from outside my house but the Wine Cavern sorted it out immediately, with no fuss, and quick, kind and professional communication from a named person (always a bonus these days!). Would very much recommend them, it's when something goes wrong that you really find out what a company is like and these guys have definitely stepped up and been great.
