I can't say a bad word from start to finish. I had a heatpump installation, with all the radiators and associated pipes etc. Everyone at the company was professional and helpful. The whole process was much easier than I expected and the work was completed very quickly. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended

I was after a whole new heating system with a heat pump. Infinite Renewables explained the whole process very clearly including the claim process with Home Energy Scotland and did a thorough survey of my property. The quote and extensive heat loss calculations soon followed. I wanted a full re-pipe to achieve the most efficiency out of my heat pump and with that in mind the quote for the job which included the removal of the entire old heating system was a very reasonable price.
Once they job started there was as many as seven trades people at the house at one point so there were no delays whatsoever in waiting for a particular trade to show up. All the work was done in two days enabling me to get back to normality much quicker than anticipated although I would have had no issues if they took longer over the job if they needed it. The most impressive thing about them was despite them warning me that some flooring may get damaged with the full re-pipe, they found ways of getting around this using their experience being able to lift up planks of laminate flooring and relaying them without breaking them, discreetly running pipes up the corner of a skirting board and managing to do most of the pipe running under the floors so they only came up next to the radiators themselves.

The Vaillant heat pump system works really well and the handover from Infinite Renewables made using it very clear. Given the property dates back to the 1950s the efficiency of the system is impressive.

Wow what service these guys give you , Kieran the heating engineers attention to detail is outstanding and could not rate his service product knowledge and communication first class, The installers from plumbers to electricians were all brilliant at what they do and I'd definitely have no hesitations in recommending this company ,

Very happy with the installation of our Air Source Heat Pump system. Kieran and Liam worked tirelessly and professionally to complete the job in 3 days. So too, the electricians (whose names we forget) completed their work in a very timely and professional manner. We found ourselves in a position to have a solar panel installation and as Infinite had done a report on a previous failed system we called then back for a quotation. The system was explained fully and a quote was quickly received and accepted. From thereon everything went according to plan with the scaffolders and fitters arriving on time and completing the task with a minor exception which was dealt with very readily, On commissioning the system was demonstrated and all the documentation received very soon thereafter.
With the sun shining this week it will be the first time I look forward to seeing my account with the supplier.
Infinite is a compmany committed to service which is fully demonstrated by their people and the choice of subcontractors. I would highly recommend them.

We had an air sourced heat pump installed in mid November by Kieran and his team. Although they are a relatively new company the advice given and detail in the quotation got them the job. The removal of my old gas boiler, installation of the heat pump and changing of 9 radiators took one day, albeit a long one. The electricians arrived the next morning and had the pump up and running for lunchtime. Kieran programmed the system and explained the interface, he telephoned the next week to check all was OK and has visited today, after 3 weeks, to fine tune the system and make it more economical. I get the feeling I am dealing with a company and it's staff that really care and will go the extra mile to ensure their customer is happy. Hopefully their after care will follow suit. They delivered on time and within the original quote, sure there were a couple of hiccups but these were dealt with in a sound professional manner.

We had a solar inverter that had failed. Infinite Renewable Energy were on site quickly, diagnosed the fault and replaced the inverter very quickly.

Lots of advice offered including that we had pigeons nesting under panels. Should be moved this week and mesh installed by others.

I fitted the USB WiFi to the Growatt inverter and Infinite were kind enough to give me their installer number so I could register the WiFi myself.

Kind, considerate, friendly, and efficient throughout.

After the previous company went bust, these guys were appointed through HIES and they couldn’t have been more helpful and cost me no extra money. The team who did the installation were brilliant. Always checking stuff with me, tidied everything up and talked me through everything. Highly recommend

Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd came to the assistance of Safe World Insurance who were trying to correct mistakes in the Installation of my Air to Water Heat Pump, it was a disaster. It was clear from the start that they knew nothing about the subject so subcontracted everything to a subcontractor..
When the work was finished I had no hot water for the radiators, for several weeks my only heating was a fan heater. They investigated and found the problem was a blockage in the pipework, they blamed me for not heating ALL rooms in my home, it was in fact they that when completing the work they simply filled the system up with water and some antifreeze started the pump and went away. They should have flushed the system with a cleaning solution, drained that away then filled it with water and the correct amount of antifreeze, all confirmed by the flushing/antifreeze manufacturer.
Maybe they are good on solar panels but Heat Pumps avoid them.

Would highly recommend Stewart and his team at Infinite Renewables. They came out in the pouring rain and hail and fitted our panels in double quick time just before Easter. They even came back on the Bank Holidays to connect the electrics to the battery.
Carefully explained how everything worked and the best way to save money with our new system. We are already seeing a difference. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience with Infinite Renewable's. Unfortunately we had cowboys fit the system at first who were recommended by the council. Infinite renewables stepped in after the system went wrong and the company had gone bankrupt. They helped us with a claim with our credit card company and were patient with us until the claim went through.

I would highly recommend Stewart Dickson who helped with the engagement. The installation team were efficient and very courteous. The retrofit went extremely smoothly and we are now producing about 3 times the amount of electric than before the system broke.

On19 January 2022 I placed an order for a solar panel system with Tanrec trading as First4Solar for completion 6 weeks later. Well, at long last, 23 months to the day the order was placed my system is fully functional AND my paperwork has been completed.

First4Solar procrastinated with the managing director and many of the staff lying time after time coming up with 24 different excuses as to why the system had not been installed. Eventually their unqualified electricians turned up in December 2022 but they left me with a botched non operational system and incomplete documentation. Eventually my patience was exhausted and I had to make a claim under the HIES insurance. Then the company went into liquidation in May 2023.

Cathryn Wolfenden of HIES appointed Stewart Dickson of Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd, with the task of completing the work and finalising the G99 and DNO certifications. I am pleased to report that all is now complete. After nearly two years of worry and frustration Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd sorted out all my problems – my system is now working perfectly and, with the documentation complete, I can sell my surplus electricity to Octopus.

I am most grateful to both Cathryn and Stewart who were very supportive at a time when I most needed help and reassurance.
