Order took two months to arrive. Shoes unwearable
Order took two months to arrive. Updates non existent. I had to keep following up with them. (But the WhatsApp support lady was good). Shoes were very pretty but unwearable and caused blisters and cuts. Very bad product.

Thank you for your feedback on our Juttis, Unfortunately Customs and Manufacturing took some time during the deliveries which resulted in unforeseen delays- we sincerely apologize but we are back and running and dispatching orders as quickly as we can :)
With Regards to the shoes, they are leather and in the beginning it can be slightly hard but as you wear the leather comes loose and soft.
They are returnable if unworn / unused and we will refund you back.

I received good assistance starting from purchase till the delivery of the product even though courier were unable to get hold of me due to network issues during stage 6 loadshedding.
All I can say I was advised to go bigger sizes and I see they are very loose now..I am aware indian cuts differ a lot 🤔 but sometimes they are just as good as south african sizes depending on the product.
