The head collar is great but the attachment to the lead should be a lot thiner as it bothers the dog and makes it hard to get the dog to stop sides as you walk

I ordered two head collars. They did take a while to arrive, but were well worth the wait! I have a dog who pulled me over, but no more! She is so calm when wearing them. They are soft, don’t mark her muzzle. Highly recommend.

These are excellent harnesses. This is the second one I've bought for my hound, the previous one lasted 5 years and was still perfectly usable, just going a bit rusty around the hardware from a dip in the sea. I opted for brass hardware this time and I'm confident I won't ever have to replace it. My only holdback in recommending these harnesses to everyone is the long wait times with no communication, which is a shame as I can see allot of thought and effort is put into the products themselves. Maybe the lead times mentioned on the website should be lengthened?

A friend lent me one of these head collars, and I have to say it’s the best one i have used. We have a large golden and his pulling was making walks very unpleasant.
Instantly stopped the pulling and now it’s a joy walking him.
They are hand made, and lovely quality. Delivery took a month as being handmade, but well worth the wait, shall order another in the future.👍🏻

5 stars for the product - 3 for the delivery it took over a month but there was Christmas/New Year in between. The team were responsive but I was maybe a little bit nervous as this was my first time ordering.
I ordered the padded, hands free belt and it’s well made and well thought out design.

The thing is, the product itself is very good. But the communication surrounding the 7 weeks in-between payment and delivery of said product was very poor. I don't mind waiting 7 weeks if needed but I do mind not getting any communication regarding this wait!

I bought Indi dog harnesses and collars in the past, which I found very good quality and excellent choice of colours and materials. And the company are very helpful and I found that they answer to your emails within a few days.

Great harness great quality. Only 4 stars bc it took 2 months for the harness to arrive, with no communication for weeks. Then I was updated on everything, business owner is super friendly and explained everything! In the end I am very happy!

The harnesses are excellent, my 3rd lot. Delivery unfortunately takes longer than expected. But highly recommend to order this great harnesses in plenty of time.

This is hands down the best harness there is for my slender podenco boy!

Had to wait a few weeks but warned of that when ordered but well worth the wait.
The harnesses fit both my podencos perfeci and way better than anything else I've tried.
They seem very well made and look amazing.

Brilliant. Bought the first indi dog harness 2022 & still holding up well but after many swims in the Leeds/Liverpool canal, rolling in God knows what etc, it was time for a new one.
My dog is a young male husky so can be a strong puller but I'm 100% confident in these harnesses. He can also wiggly his way out of standard harness so we have the extra belt & collar attachment for safety.

Quality product! Only reason it’s not a 5• a bit of confusion in not contacting me regarding measurements. Once I spoke to them the product arrived as promised.

Looking for an update on order #1601, order placed September 8th, nothing received. No updates/tracking via shop to say this was ever dispatched.

You replied to my first email saying this:

Apologies for the delay on your order, we have been extremely busy recently and have got a little behind. Your order will be on the way this week

That was back on 6th October and it’s now 28th November. No replies to follow up emails. If I don’t hear anything I’ll be claiming the £24 back through the credit card company. Please sort this out!!

UPDATE: the dog walking belt arrived today and it’s really Excellent quality. 5 stars 🌟 for the quality of the product, but the comms need to be worked on. The 3 stars are to reflect this.

Cannot fault the head collar well made and fits well. Delivery was a bit slow and communication was not too great. Would order from them again.

The product is of good quality and well made, this is the second harness I have purchased. The only gripe I have with the actual harness is that the houdini belly strap is too loose for my Whippet even on the tightest it will go and it makes the whole harness slip from side to side (but that's me being picky). However, the timescale for receiving it is very random and certainly not what is stated on the website. Communication is a bit haphazard and again, timescales were not met. This is disappointing because when equipment such as a harness/collar are ordered it is because you need it pretty much straight away not two months in the future

Superb quality item, beautifully handmade. I have on and bought this for a fellow dog walker. Highly recommend 🤩
