Good company, cards ship fast, and initial order process is easy.

Areas that need improvement from the B2B standpoint:
1. Pricing...too high on low amount cards. Need better volume discounts and so on. We do smaller amount cards and fees are too high. Sliding fee structure may work better.
2. Site needs to have a "reorder same item button"...pain to reorder exact same cards.
3. Fees that start 5 month card expiration on 12 months cards is a JOKE... wrong way to get more margin.
4. Must have an ability to order Visa cards without envelopes.
5. If cards are ordered with "Thank you" cards for example, cards need to have a separate blank envelope (not the Incentive CardLab ones)... would make it much easier to resend cards to customers.
6. There is no automatic ACH or electronic check payment method.
7. Batch card activation of the latest order would be a welcomed feature as well.
8. Needs to have a streamlined card to "thank you" card selector. All paper cards can be ordered online but them customer service notifies that certain designs cannot be used due to some government of CC industry regulation.

Incentive Card Lab is a great option for bulk gift cards. They have great customer service- timely responses through emails and always help you until your order is correct. We recently switched to this company for bulk cards and not only are we getting a better deal on the cards themselves, but a better overall customized product. Customer for life!

We order cards for employee incentives and for customer prizes. I can pick any card style from a nice 'Thank You' to a Football theme or even something for the Olympics.

And the quantity doesn't matter.....I'll order a single card then later need to order 50. Each order works the same..quick, easy and accurate.

Ordering is easy, ships exactly when they say it will and have never been disappointed. The one time I needed customer service, they replied quickly and answered my question succinctly.

Two of my cards never made it to me. Customer service was very nice and eager to replace, but waiting 21 business days before a replacement can be sent is a bit silly as I want to give the card as a reward on a monthly basis. "Here's your gift card for that award you won 5 weeks ago".

If I call two weeks after the order is placed and the card hasn't arrived yet, it should be re-issued immediately, in my opinion. I've started going to Target to buy my gift cards now - at least I know I have them in hand.

As part of my job, I have to make orders which are very similar, but with slight variations. IncentiveCardLab.com makes this process very efficient. It remembers my selections, while still allowing me to make slight differences from order to order. I also never receive any spam e-mail, for which I am very grateful. Orders are always created and shipped very promptly. I would happily reccommend this service to my colleagues and friends.

Overall, I like IncentiveCardLab.com Website is easy to use and cards delivered on time as promised. My only gripe is that I don't think there should be an extra percentage charge for cards over $250. I doubt that it costs any more for IncentiveCardLab to print and send a card for $300 than it does for $250.

I had a need for a company that would send personalized gift cards with my company logo. I located this company on the Internet and contacted them. They were extremely helpful during the setup process. I have used this company several times and would recommend them to anyone!

Overall, a very positive experience. The site may be just a little counter intuitive but I get it to work just fine, I tend to bounce around initially to get my order in.

I have been ordering VISA gift cards from Incentive CardLab since December 2013. We now have 2 company branding designs we created to choose from. We primarily order the gift cards for a customer referral program. The selection, ordering and payment process is simple and I have never had a problem with any shipments. I order the cards once a month and will continue to use Incentive CardLab for all future VISA gift cards. Thanks!

First of all the card options at this site for staff incentives is impressive and meaningful. All five of the individuals that received the Thank You card were impressed with the embossing of their name. This was an upgrade from our usual gift card rewards we buy at the grocery store. I was just a little disturbed and put off by the fact that I received a phone call after I submitted my order (all 5 cards going to one location) that I needed to create a corporate account since it appeared to be for "business purposes" and the issuer had strict guidelines for BSA. First of all I'm an issuer and a banker, so I pushed back. You accommodated me without this requirement, but you need to tell your customers up front what the requirements are. No one likes delays or guessing games. We will probably set up a corporate account to keep your products as an option for us, but really........

It took me a while to find them, but other companies (selling to businesses) wanted to charge an exorbitant set up fee and minimums. We needed two cards for employee recognition and i found Incentive Card Lab. Yay me! Fast and friendly once I got our logo verified. Thanks, y'all!

Really professional group at CardLab that still gives you a personal feel. Accommodates to your needs and is very responsive.

The entire process and options were easy. Everything was delivered as promised.

My company has been using IncentiveCardLabe for years with no problems.

With the last 5 or 6 orders that I have placed your system hasn't been accepting the credit card information and every time I have to call and get our account unlocked. Our credit card information is the same for all, and this is their bill to address. I am not wanting to deal with this every time I place an order, so I hope that this can be resolved.

The experience was very easy. I have the template for the card that I want to order saved in the system and in just a few clicks I am done! I can modify the picture and wording to suit my needs.

To promote our book, my coauthor and I used IncentiveCardLab.com to create custom Visa Cards as a way of thanking the participants in the contests during the blog tour. The printing and colors came out beautifully. It was very exciting seeing our logo on the cards too.
