Not Good Customer Service
Be prepared for your order to take a long time and, if there are any questions, be prepared to deal with multiple customer service reps, non of whom seem to know how their company operates. After dealing with three reps, out of sheer frustration, I asked for a supervisor, only to have yet another service rep get on the phone to tell me a supervisor wasn't available. The multiple reps I talked to (four in total) didn't seem to have a clue about how long it takes to generate the product. At first, I was told I would have it by the time I needed it (11 days) and that is why I placed the order. Then, I was told it would take 3 days before I would get a proof and then I could look at ordering options. Then, I was told the proof would be emailed within the next few minutes and if I responded immediately they would send the card out today; however, I wouldn't get it by my desired timeframe unless I upgraded to next-day or 2nd day shipping. The last person I talked to told me she would talk to her supervisor to see what she could accomplish. She emailed me back to tell me her supervisor informed her that, even if we selected next-day delivery, that the department it was sent to was backed up and there would be no way they could produce the product in time to get it sent out. Horrible, horrible experience. I was told the first order would be the longest and the most frustrating experience; all others would go smoothly once business info was set up and image optimized. Guess what? Those who have a bad first experience generally do not return. Not recommended.

This is by far the worst managed company I've seen in a very long time. You will waste your time and money shopping at this website. Very annoying.

Bad Customer Service - Do Not Buy
IncentiveCardLab has the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time. In fact, I'd say I've never seen anything like it before in my life. Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable customer experience. And you can see there are many other reviewers echoing the exact same thing. Don't take my word for it.
If you value your time, money or just any part of your life be sure to avoid them like the plague the are. There are better alternatives to buy gift cards online. Save yourself the pain I had and choose an alternative.
I give them ZERO stars (if that would've been an option) - not even 1 star.

Awful customer service
They said the cards would be ready to ship in 2-4 business days. I ordered on Monday, called on Friday. The (very rude) associate told me that I had actually ordered on Tuesday (despite me having the email showing I ordered on Monday). Then on Monday, they emailed that the cards would process that night and maaaaybe ship on Tuesday. Every associate that I spoke with was rude. I will never use them again.

I would be happy to. I think it's interesting how quickly you replied to this when I've been trying to get ahold of someone on the phone for the last 10 minutes. When I click Sales (#2), it rings and then disconnects me. When I click General customer service (#5), it immediately disconnects me. I've also been waiting to hear from customer service via email for hours to confirm the order was canceled.

Ordering Cards For 5 Years and Never a Problem
We've been purchasing cards from this company for 5 years. The customer service has always been excellent. Shipment happens in a timely and consistent manner. Additionally, any small issues that have come up are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. They have earned 5 stars from me.
Scam! (originally 1 star...see update below)
Card is good for only about 6 months after being issued...but they start deducting $4.95 FIVE MONTHS before expiration, which means you need to use the card IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. When I called Customer Service, they told me I needed to call a different number...but it was the same number I had just called! Oh, and they say you "may" be charged $1 for making the call to Customer Service...What??
UPDATE: Even though they are lacking in Customer Service when you call, they read these reviews! Only a few hours after posting (much like another poster on here), I received an email from IncentiveCardLab. They apologized for the situation, saying the company who sent me the card must have been using an old batch. They sent me a brand new card for the full amount.

Loved Receiving a Custom Card
I received a card as a monthly bonus and absolutely loved it. It let me splurge guilt-free because it was on a Visa Card instead of getting lumped in with my paycheck. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question and I've seen my coworkers more motivated towards our company goals.
Happy and Not so much
Love the website and ease of ordering...not so thrilled that the cards start to lose value 5 month prior to actually expiring. Not sure I will continue to purchase Visa cards as this is a concern!

Excellent products and service. Never have any issues when ordering whether it is online or over the phone. Online ordering is easy! I add a customized logo to my cards as well and it looks great! Phone support personnel are very pleasant and helpful when I call. My cards arrive quickly. Very convenient and quick. Also, if a card is lost they will replace it very quickly as well.

I've been using this company for gift cards for about a year. I always get my gift cards on time and they designed a special card for me that looks awesome.
Time Suck!
I liked the idea of being able to customize a gift card with our company logo which is why I decided to give IncentiveCardLab a try. I used this service twice and was disappointed both times. The first time I thought the issues were just a fluke. The second time the same issues were repeated and I decided not to use this company again. Both times I just needed two, $25 gift cards as incentives for students to take a survey. There was so much back and forth with customer service just to purchase a simple gift card. Special permission to use the company logo (makes sense) but then all this other rigamarole and it takes weeks to finally complete the order. Finally, the students received the cards and two out of four had problems with activation. After activating the cards they went out to try and use them and were denied. After calling customer service they were told the first activation didn't "take" and they had to go through the activation process again. After trying to do something nice as incentives the recipients ended up having to wait weeks for their cards and get denied when trying to use them. It was just embarrassing. I will not use IncentiveCardLab again.
