They recently took over my Shell…
They recently took over my Shell Mastercard. They deactivated my old card 3 days before they said they would. And 3 days before I could activate the new card. Then the first time I go to use it my card gets declined for not having enough funds. Yet I have a 0 balance.
Can't activate card
Can't activate card, zero help on phone or chat,,it lets me pay bill that is all. Been on hold on phone for 30 minutes absolute bull crap
Horrific customer service!!!!
Horrific customer service!!!!! There is no way to close an account, no support for deactivating users, and no help from any live person either online or on the phone.
I know the system just switched from Citibank to Imprint. I called the toll free number on the back of my new Imprint card today (during business hours) and was placed on hold FOREVER. There was no feedback providing estimated wait times. Nothing but music. After 45 mins, while still on hold, I logged on to the website listed on the back of the card. The help through chat was also useless. I stated that: (1) I was unable to log in to an account; it wouldn't recognize any email address, (2) that I wanted to deactivate all other authorized users, and (3) I wanted to close the account. The chat said they could help. Then they said I would have to deactivate other users in my account (which I couldn't get in to), and that the system wouldn't support closing the account. At this point I was still on hold - now more than an hour. At exactly 1 hour and 2 minutes the phone hung up, saying that there was no one available to answer my call at this time.
So, if the phone is never answered, you cannot get in to your account, and the help chat can not help you, how exactly can you close your account???
I was ultimately able to "Find My Account", log in and try to figure out how to deactivate the other users. You have to do it by clicking on "Add a user" (That's really intuitive!). I haven't yet figured out how to close my account (which I am determined to do after 22 years of being a Shell Credit Card customer because I'm so disgusted). I called the customer service number on the back of the Shell Citibank card - she said she can't help because the transition has been made to Imprint. And I now know that Imprint can't help.
I can simply shred my card, but it had already been activated, and I've seen this week how they just keep sending me more and more credit cards. I have at least 8 ! I fear they will mail me even more and someone will eventually steal my ID. This is ridiculous.
This is the worst company and…
This is the worst company and experience I've ever had. My Shell Account was transferred to this company. I've been with Shell since 1963!! I have called their "customer service" number multiple times for the last week and I've sat on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes and NO ONE ever picked up the call. Given the length of time I've been with Shell, I am extremely frustrated and angry that this is how they treat their long-time customers. I am truly considering canceling the account and moving on with life! This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and the sad thing is they don't appear to care. I also contacted CitiBank, where the Shell card has been serviced for years and they told me since the account was transferred, they could no longer access the records. I made my payment to Citi and they didn't report it being made to Imprint so now Imprint is stating that I owe the same amount I've already paid and that has already cleared my bank account!
I don't need to add much to the reviews…
I don't need to add much to the reviews already here. Have all the same issues: no new card, AI can't help, need last four numbers to get replacement of card I don't have, can'tget an actual human on the phone. This has to be the worst card supplier change I've ever seen, it's support is completely useless. I can't imagine what Shell was thinking.
I would like to give no stars as this…
I would like to give no stars as this transfer from Shell to Imprint has been a total F*up. I was notified that my card would arrive by May 11. Never received it. Trying to call their customer service is a nightmare, as you are handled by an AI bot that keeps looping you back to the beginning. Kept asking me for the last four digits of my physical card which I never recieved! Uh, what nerd designed this program? I am seriously thinking of cancelling the card altogether. I bet I'm not the only one judging by other reviews here. HORRIBLE, ATROCIOUS, NIGHTMARE - not one positive review. I finally talked with a human after holding for 1 hr and 20 minutes. Was told in a very snarky manner that my card would be delivered within 10 days, when I pointed out that this was the 18th, the snark got worse "10 WORKING DAYS! Okay why wouldn't you have said tht in the first place, and why does the website say it would be delivered on the 11th, if it was not shipped until the 5th? Someone is not telling the truth. BuBye Imprint - I don't need you. My balance is paid off. I'm gone.
Transition from Shell CTI card to…
Transition from Shell CTI card to imprint is so bad somebody needs to lose their job. They debited my statement balance of $630.49 & debited me twice. Can't talk to a person, was on hold for over an hour twice.
Horrible experiences with Shell transfer to Imprint
The transfer or my Shell account has been a very bad experience. One card came after the switch over date of the 18th, other card has not come. My wife pays all our bills and said we will have around a $500 payment that must now be made to Imprint, yet it seems impossible to set up the account online. We already have a card with HEB grocery store (TX chain) that is with Imprint and every time we try to set up the new account now that we have a card it says we already have an account under that phone number. Never had an issue like that, I have 5 credit cards with Chase and can access each one through their website with one phone number on accounts. My wife finally got someone on the phone in India who was no help at all. We want to pay off what we owe and close the account but can't figure out how to yet.
Never received a replacement card
Never received a replacement card. AI bots are relentless and totally worthless. No real person answers the phone numbers advertised or reported. No helpful links on Imprint or Shell web sites. The new (physical) Mastercard (that has never been received) was never solicited nor needed/wanted. Can't even find a way, now, to cancel the account. Imprint acts like a major fraudulent player in this clusterf&^k.
ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!
ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!
Never received my Shell card from the transfer. Online chat (AI, not human) cannot send a Shell card because I can't provide the last 4 digits of the physical card (you know, the one I never received).
Instructed by the bot to call customer service. It takes 10 minutes of dealing with an automated agent (10 minutes of repeating, "speak to a representative") before being put on hold for over an hour. Would a human have picked up? I don't know because I had to get to a work meeting. By the way, this process repeated itself 4 times over 2 days.
Holy Shit this is the worst transfer of…
Holy Shit this is the worst transfer of service!!! SHell what were you THINKING!!! I have been trying to activate my new card and it will not activate. I have called numerous times and you have to go through the freaking AI which was not help! On hold for over an HOUR and then an automated message came on and said to call back later! WHAT THE HELL!!!
Terrible service
Terrible service. Can't speak to a human. Never recieved my new shell card. Can't replace it cause it wasn't ever activated, and IDK the card number. Been on hold for almost and hour. I'll be closing this account. If that is even p[ossible
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible! My Shell gas card switched from Citi to this POS and I never received my two authorized user cards. I attempted to have new ones sent out with the AI Virtual Assistant but, it asks for the last 4 digits of the card number! Hello? If I didn’t get the card HTF am I supposed to know that?
Then AI says it’ll transfer me and I get hung up on. I call back, go through the phone tree and am on hold for 50 minutes carrying my phone around to get the laundry and every time I had to use the restroom. Then, I get hung up on by a human!
I don’t need a gas card anymore working from home most of the week! I only kept it for my son and he’s an adult now with his own credit and can decide if he wants to apply and deal with this POS company!
I can’t even close my account with AI so I’ve locked it, destroyed it and they can close my account in a few years for non-use.
Should be a 0
Should be a 0, Shell transfered from Citi to Imprint. the switch over date was today and I still dont have a new card. Just spent an hour and a half on hold just to get a hold of someone in india and be put on hold again for 20 minutes. finaly I am told they will send a new card and I should have it in 7 to 10 days. Well my fuel buddy and BP card will see more use and I am deciding whether to just dump my shell card after this fiasco.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I called and got an AI agent. I asked to close my account and then put on hold to talk to an agent for the 1st time for 30 minutes. I had to hang up to handle something. I called back and was left on hold for 45 minutes. I got tired of waiting plus had to handle something. I then called back, AI agent. I asked to close my account and thought I could do it with the agent. I had to agree to the terms. I reluctantly agreed after going back and forth with AI. The AI agent had originally told me it could help me and then said it had to connect me with a live agent. Guess what -- On hold again...!
Worst service I have ever experienced.
Stay clear of this scam.
This Shell card transfer to Imprint-somebody looks like a well funded scam until you click on their transfer link. That looks like a 3rd-grade social class project and confirms this must be a scam. It asks for my last name, birth date and social security number. They can pound salt. If this is truly a transfer, they should already have my info. If I continue to buy Shell gas, I'll just use another bank card.
I cancelled my Shell account weeks ago
I cancelled my Shell account weeks ago, but within the past couple of days have received unwanted mail, emails and texts. One text said my phone number had been changed. Borders on harassment. I just spent time holding on the customer service phone line. Never answered. I purposely closed my Shell card account when it was announced servicing was transferred from Citibank to Imprint Payments (Financial) or whatever.
I did not ask for their credit card
Prior to Shell Gas converting to Imprint, I closed the Shell Account. Regardless, Imprint sent me a new Sell card which I do not want and did not ask for. I immediately shredded the card and did not activate it. I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel the account with Imprint, as I do not want an open account on my credit report. It is impossible to get in touch with a human. Yet, when I sent them an email they responded that they would not discuss the issue through an email and I had to call customer service. Over several day I've spent hours on hold listening to their annoying music. It is like being in a trap with no way out.
Absolutely TERRIBLE
Absolutely TERRIBLE, nothing works, you call US Customer Service and get Asia. They can do nothing. Website doesn't work; Phone activation doesn't work. Rec'd 1 of 2 cards 5 days late. They actually mail each card individually maybe, they don't know, if so, creating double work and they can't do what they have. Truly the dumbest worst managed organization. I'm exhausted and fed up with them already. They've made me a BP customer for life. I don't need them.
Was finally able to cancel this worthless card. That has to be done via phone with a customer no service individual in the Phillipines.
This is a ghost company, the use plaid for payment and 5 guys in a warehouse in the Phillipines for alleged customer service.
Was a Shell customer since 2003 and no more.
Cut up my card and our 11 company vehicles cards and sent them to Shell with some screenshots of imprint reviews.
Imprint = Bottomfeeder
Imprint one terrible card serviceOne star because there is nothing…
One star because there is nothing lower.I think Shell has made a very big mistake by going with Imprint.we are very upset with Shell decision to go with imprint.
