I just want to thanks Jake for taking…

I just want to thanks Jake for taking over to help me resolving my last settlement with the program. He also took care of my concern’s and problems thru out the program. And the company’s taking the advises from him with my case. He’s support with a positive attitude and clear. Once again thank you Jake keep up the good work 👏.

Beware of false advertising

Beware of false advertising! They claim your account will be removed from your credit report after paying off your debt, but that’s a lie. Instead, it’s marked as "settled for less than the full amount," with all late payments still listed. This stays on your credit report for 7 years starting the day you paid off your settlement, ruining your chances of getting loans or credit. They also pile on high fees and monthly hidden charges, they will take their shares before they start paying yours. Customer service is very responsive—until you catch them lying, then they ignore you completely. My emails went unanswered after that. Stay away! Now I’m stuck fixing my credit myself.

I'm glad that i've working with Citizen Debt Services. Thank you Liam and the team for helping me to reduce my debt. Without you guys i don't think i can payoff all of my debt earlier. Once again, thank you for everything you have done.
