Extremely quick from start of the order to installation. Installer really went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted, no cut corners even if it would've been easier. Perfect, neat install. Would thoroughly recommend.

Impra were easy to deal with during the whole process and were a good price too. Matt was great both before installation answering my questions to ensure things ran smoothly on the day. Booked an install in preparation for a house move and Impra were swift with the process to get things lined up with as close to moving day as possible. I had delays in the house purchase, but Matt at Impra Charge sorted out rescheduling as per my own request without any issue. The installer arrived at 0900 on the dot and was done in just a couple of hours, even with me asking a few questions about the install process. The charger is working great and looks cool too. Highly recommend.

Matt was great from start to finish. Evening finding the issue with the faulty hive EV charger & rectified all issues. Glad I got in touch.

We had a bit of a hiccup to begin with, by the engineer being sick, but it's how you come back from it and Matt was amazing and kept up communication the whole way, once here he was polite and respected the house and did a really good job. So overall I am very happy with the install and the service provided.

My myenergi Zappi had failed 2 weeks out of warranty and myenergi were really unhelpful - Boo myenergi!! I contacted Hypervolt and they recommended Impra Charge, but on investigation and discussion with Impra Charge it transpired that because of cabling issues I was better off installing the new version of the Zappi.

Impra Charge were able to book me in quickly and also supply the charger at an attractive price; additionally as a swap out/in their installation price was attractive.

Matt installed and configured the very professionally, including the existing CT clamps and explained the new functions of the Zappi.

Great communication throughout. Kept informed at each and every step. Easy to follow process for installation survey. Installer was on time, polite, thorough and answered all questions I had. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Installer arrived on time, smartly dressed, got straight on with the job. Fitted the charger exactly where we wanted it, made sure I could use the app and that my car was charging. Great service. 👍

All in all my experience with Impra Charge was a positive one although a couple of minor hiccups could have reduced the stars I awarded from 5 to 4.5 (but what's 1/2 a star!).

Initially communications with Impra Charge were fast and efficient and all discussions and provisional arrangements were made. As we were moving home the charger installation date could not be set until we had knowledge of our completion date. Originally we had been advised that this should not be a problem and the installation should be able to be scheduled soon after our move but in reality the booking took 5 weeks before the Wallbox Pulsar Max was installed. During this period communications also slowed but not to the extent I felt completely ignored.

BUT, and here's the '5 STAR' stuff... Generally communications (with Matt) were excellent and the installation itself was faultless. The engineer who fitted the charger was intent on making the cabling as invisible as possible - which he completely achieved and the engineer also waited while I linked to the smart charger and performed an initial charge.

So, would I recommend Impra Charge to arrange installation of your EV charger... Yes 100%

Impra Charge were an absolute delight to deal with. I had many issues with other installers quoting one price and then adding extras for all sorts of things, even though I had provided photographs and highlighted the considerations they would need to make. Matt was brilliant and super responsive, he took the time to explain things several times and was always happy to discuss anything over the phone or via message. As they had a cancellation I even had the installation moved forward. The installation itself was hassle free - the installer worked in pouring rain and was very polite and efficient. From start to finish the process was easy and most importantly they were clear about their cost from the very start.

The initial information and process through website was clear and straightforward. Telephone contact was prompt, professional and reassuring. Installation happened as promised - in fact engineer was early and did an excellent, tidy job. In comparison with other suppliers who required payment up front, in one case before any indication of when they could do the job, ImpraCharge offers a far better, more customer focused service. I don’t know anything about EV Chargers but needed one fitted at home, so I went on google & came across Impra Charge, I’m so happy I made a perfect choice they guided me through what charger to purchase, the length of time it would take to install; they arrived on time as they said they would, they were polite & thorough, reasonably priced, and I would definitely recommend to others who are looking to install a charger.
