Perfect airport transfer
Second trip using Imperial and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Driver arrived on time (in fact a little early which is reassuring) and was friendly and polite. Car was, once again, immaculate. A great experience.

Hi, I am surprised to see your comment. As you know, the reason for my calls was your payment was declined, and later on, you said you would transfer via bank transfer; we still honored your booking and provided you service, 6 hours past we still didn't receive your payment, I was going to release the chauffeur earlier. But just because you left your bags in the vehicle. We waited 6 hours for you. I am shocked to see your comment even though you have not paid for your service. We have sent you multiple emails for the payment, and If we don't receive it on the mentioned date, we will take legal action.

Professional service, i will not hesitate to use them agsin.

Disappointed long term customer
I am a long term - very happy - customer with Imperial Ride. This morning I wrote some Emails for asking for a today quote for an airport transfer, no answer received. Then I called and was promised to get my quote within a short time. Nothing received. Called again and they told me now it's too late and I should search another company which is nearer to the airport.....
REALLY?
I told them in time for a quote and reservation and now it's too late and I have to run around finding another service.
I don't know what happened to the perfect service from Imperial Ride.

Brilliant service and would highly recommend to anyone! Our driver was Nazeer Nuri who was professional and kind. My wife and I needed a driver for our wedding day and we were late for our booked time but our driver patiently waited for us and the Imperial Ride team kindly waived any waiting charges as a wedding gift. Absolutely perfect service.
I travelled using Imperial Ride last Tuesday and I had to go from the west coast of Wales all the way to the east coast of England, which is not a short trip by any means.
The price for the trip was the best I found from any of the services I looked up and the service itself was faultless. The car was stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had plenty of trunk space for all my luggage.
Shoaib Khan was extremely polite, easy to talk to and was very tentative to anything I needed. His driving was also impeccable, I've travelled by car with lots of people in the past and none drove as professionally as him.
Please pass this review on to Shoaib Khan himself because he was absolutely fantastic and helped me so much with my travel.
I will absolutely be using Imperial Ride many times in the future. Thank you so much!
