The order placed was delivered promptly and the plants were all securely packaged in their own pods which prevented damage during transit. Each plant was a healthy specimen with good roots so quite impressed. They have been in a couple of weeks and with feed and watering doing very well. Will have no hesitation in using Impact Plants again.

Not worth the effort and certainly not impactful!
Delayed delivery, dead and rotting plants delivered, upon second delivery, wrong order delivered, and then received bushes that were not as described, and were very sad looking. Customer service team were good, thank god! I think these guys are good ordinarily but overstretched themselves and sent out sub par stock rather than refuse orders.

Great quality plants at reasonable prices
Easy to order and came within a few weeks. All plants in good condition and travelled well. Really good quality with plenty of buds. Good pricing however delivery pricing and options mean it’s only worthwhile if you have a big order or larger/pricier plants.

Great little cell grown hornbeams
Great little cell grown hornbeams. All moist, nicely packed and delivered as promised. Sixty little hedge plants now growing happily. Horrid clay soil so need careful watering - not too little, not too much. Would definitely recommend.
