Ended up wasting time with a refund
Waiting a long time for my order. Eventually called up to find the products they had were not good enough so nothing was ever delivered. I wasted three weeks waiting for a tree - now I have to start over and we are into spring now so it’s affected the planting date.
Thanks for wasting my time. Use someone else is my advise. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me. Finally was offered a refund after I chased it.

The plants arrived well packaged, I bought a pampas which was potted and looks great condition plus a few bare root trees and shrubs. They are still dormant but look healthy and were good value.

The 6 Escallonia plants arrived in…
The 6 Escallonia plants arrived in good condition and had good roots.
However, the Cotinus coggygria "Royal Purple" was supposed to be in a 3 litre pot but was a very small plant and came in a 2 litre pot.
I have planted it out and will let you know if it does not thrive
