1st class service on my screen replacement for a macbook pro retina. Excellent communication throughout the repair. I would fully recommend iMendMacs to anyone who requires a repair. From start to finish I had high expectations that were fully matched by Joe and his team.

This company was really helpful, trustworthy and you get what they say "on the tin". Even down to paying was explained, really helpful and they were all really patient with me as I'm not tech-savvy or rich. Even the follow-up email was reassuring. And no, they didn't pay me to tell you!

Had a new battery for my iPhone. Really pleased with this quick, efficient, friendly service. Was kept updated every step of the way and it was ready the next day. Also the new business premises is much more convenient to get to than the old one was. Great!

I'm very impressed with iMendMacs - my iMac is running like a spaceship following the service from Joe and his team. The speed is very noticeable as is the computer's ability to run bigger programmes such as Logic and Adobe Photoshop. Great service. Managed to recover data from a crashed hard drive that Apple would not touch due to its age. Replaced and fitted a new hard drive which has bought new life to an old Mac. Great comms throughout the repair process and afterwards. Highly recommend.

I cannot CANNOT praise this company enough!! But here's the good stuff:
- Great communication, easy to understand and easy to explain to them. Very patient as I waffle through explaining what went wrong with my laptop.
- Great pickup and delivery service. No-hassle. Prompt. Efficient.
- NO NONSENSE. Right away you get the good vibe that this company isn't in it to gouge you.
- They ONLY deal with what you have asked them to.
-They don't up-sell.
- They don't confuse you with tech lingo.
- Their prices are extremely reasonable seeing as they work with Apple devices which are NOTORIOUSLY hard to open and fix.
- The work they do is clear, professional and highly informative.
- They keep you updated on the progress at all times.
- Their ticket system, their accounts/members page is so easy to understand and interact with.
- They don't hold on to your device longer than is necessary.
- They know how precious it is to you, how worried you may be and how badly you want your device back.
- They fixed my latop when it was dead in the water. No hope, no chance of thinking they might get it to work. But they did!

In short - this company is what Apple's own Genius Bar and Applecare should be.

So happy to have found them and I would recommend them to any one, any day. Thank you to Joe and the whole team. (typed this review on the MBP they fixed!).

iMendMacs breathed life back into a sluggish old Mac for a fraction of the cost of a replacement/upgrade. Even fixrd the UPS shipping damage both free and quibble-free. Just a first rate very affordable service which we will certainly be using again.

When my late 2013 27" iMac hard drive died, Apple Store told me it was to old and they would not repair, I found these guys on a search and they replaced the hard drive, good service

Joe went above and beyond from my initial call, throughout the fixing process until the end. I cannot fault this business at all and highly recommend for anyone having laptop issues, especially with Apple products. Also, much more reasonably priced to fix/ service laptops than Apple and other competitors.

Excellent company to deal with for Apple repairs. I was given a quote by phone, then dropped my MacBook Pro 2020 in for a new screen. Job done in less than a week. Came back looking like brand new!
