I am relatively a new customer of AMC. I have worked with them for about a year. Quite recently my account was passed to Andrew. Who has provided the best customer service I have experienced. No query is too small or too big. Andrew always make sure we are getting the best value, the correct items and even when we had a delivery go awry (wrong part delivered) he had organised the return and new items to be delivered, next business day, within the hour.

He is a great account manger and he is always super efficient, i have no idea how he does it but he is great.
