the best experience ever
Honestly the best experience ever. I went to this appointment with little to no hope. My anxiety was extremely bad because of previous concerns I had. The staff there are so welcoming and accommodating. I had Emmanuela and Roumesa during my appointment. They had appointments the same/ next day too. Availability is really good and so is the location (in Romford town centre). My husband and I left extremely happy and reassured. Thank you so much. It’s worth every penny

Fitted us in the next day and provided excellent service. Very pleased. The NHS cancelled my 12 weeks scan and I wasn’t going to be scanned till 14 weeks. This gave me the reassurance that I needed. The video we paid extra for was well worth it. Will 100% be going back for a gender scan

The experience was really good
The experience was really good. The staff were absolutely lovely, nothing was rushed. My partner and I enjoyed it so much we might come back later in the pregnancy for another scan.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
We travelled nearly two hours to provide our NIPT blood sample and were told everything was fine. A week later, we were informed that the laboratory could not obtain results from the sample and requested a repeat test.
We then attended another appointment at the Liverpool clinic, but staff were unable to obtain a blood sample, causing further delays. As a result, we lost valuable time during a high-risk pregnancy when timely testing was extremely important.
I received a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the process still cost us additional travel expenses, time, and stress, without receiving any test result.
Due to these delays and unsuccessful appointments, we had to arrange testing elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary anxiety at an already difficult time.

Secret gender reveal scan ruined.
I had a gender scan and reveal package with imaginatal and wasn’t best impressed honestly.
The scan experience itself was fine. Very nice venue. Felt comfortable. The experience was actually pretty good. The kept the secret of the gender during the scan but the lack of care to detail let it down after.
We was given an envelope with the gender inside to keep it a secret but the gender card was facing outwards therefore we could see it very clearly through the envelope so this was then spoilt for us straight away and we didn’t get the chance excitement of finding out when we wanted to with everyone else.
We was Then also given a confetti canon to use as part of our reveal which didn’t work.
The fact we paid almost £100 and the whole point of it for us was for the secrecy of the gender for it to be let down was very disappointing.
Luckily we had an alternative way of revealing the gender and the confetti canon was only extra as it didn’t work it would have also ruined that for us too.
I just feel very let down because of lack of care to detail.
