Positive experience with my last buy. Bought on Saturday and received Tuesday. Great items at a great price.

So far, so good! I am all about sustainability these days, and so happy to have an online reseller available to us Canadians. As a first-time seller, I had some questions going in (ie my closet clean out bag took ages to arrive. I was later told that there’s a limit). Customer service has been great at answering my questions, and I’m now familiar with the platform’s dashboard. I’ve managed to sell many of my items, which I’m happy about as they’re decent pieces deserving of being worn. I’m getting ready to order my second closet-clean out bag, so yes, I’m happy with Koop!

I have purchased several large orders multiple times and each item received is immaculate. Some are still NWT. Fresh! On trend, and always exactly what I’m looking for at a fraction of the price.

I have sent a box of clothes to sell on Koop last year. As of today, my clothes have not been all sold yet. So if you are waiting for that money, ils not a great platform for you. If you want a website that will take care of everything for you, and have nothing to do, it's a good platform. It is not a great way to make money with your used clothes because it takes a very long time to sell, but ils way easier than to sell them yourself on Vinted or Marketplace. Koop answer is quite funny to me, them saying that my clothes are taking a long time to sell because They are not new...I thought this was a website for used clothes, wasn't it?

I ordered a clean out kit and was surprised how much I could fit in the bag! It took longer than expected to get my items listed, but once they were one sold almost immediately! A few more have sold since. Glad that some of my old favourites are going to get a new life and it was so easy for me! Highly recommend.

Interesting that you would focus on the fact that I use a VPN which many people do. I am definitely a customer and my clothing was sent with my wife's who has also left you a terrible review that you earned. Why not just run a legitimate business instead of trying to keep track of all your lies.

I would not deal with this company. They told me they have over 15 customer service agents all over the world and that they have a big warehouse that receives "thousands of boxes per week". I googled the address where the boxes go and it is a personal residence. They are very unprofessional and I recommend staying away from this company.
