They took my money and didn’t even send anything . Finally got an email back saying they are going into liquidation, get your money from your bank or credit card and have a nice day . Do not buy from these people they are a scam . I have contacted the police and trading standards . I suggest everyone do the same . They are still trading online and taking money knowing they will not send any goods
DISSOLVED COMPANY!
This guys are total scammers, the company had been dissolved back on the 31 August 2021 (check Company House Gov website) so they were trading while dissolved!
They accepted our return and just disappear!
The owners also owns 3 other businesses

No response from an order I placed before the New Year. Phone lines disconnected, no response to emails. I suspect the worst and they have ceased trading.

Not sure if this company has gone bust. But ordered lights and switches, a month ago, and have heard nothing. No one answers the phone.

Out of business?! I believe this company has gone bust. Their phone number has been disconnected and no emails are answered. I ordered 3 lights totalling £329 over 3 weeks ago and never heard from them again. I doubt I’ll ever see the lights or my money again.
No response from the company
Ordered some lights in late December, payment was taken and then delivery message came that items will be delivered on 6 January. No delivery, no response, the phone number is failing to connect, not sure where is my order or if I will ever receive it now. The lights are supposedly in stock on their site, but now a week late from the promised delivery. Customer service non-existent.

Really unhappy
Really unhappy! It's been weeks since I placed my order and I've received no update despite a DPD message to say it would arrive last week. DPD have said the product hasn't been sent by iLite and to chase them. I have sent many emails with no response. The phone numbers are not valid on the website. I cannot get through and nobody is getting back to me. I fear my lamp won't be delivered. I just want an update and my money back if it is not being delivered! Please can someone get back to me!
AVOID: No product, no response... still trading?
Order placed for £729.40 on 31st December. Invoice and shipping notification received in 1st week of January. Parcel did not arrive as scheduled. Contacted DPD to be told that they had not received parcel so emailed and called iLite. Phone permanently engaged on 6th January. By 7th January, the number was no longer in use. Email has not been responded to as yet. I fear a lengthy battle to return my money!

Ordered 15th December still waiting for items 3 weeks in
Ordered and paid for several items on the 15th December in order to complete an electrical install.
No lead times given, contacted company and they advised items were out of stock. YET they are still taking orders for items.
It is now the 7th January and I have had to buy temporary items while waiting for this delivery.
So I still have not received the items or any contact from this company.

Would leave zero if I could. Ordered lights which were in stock. 3 weeks later they are NOT here. Was told 5 -7 days with Tuffnells now 23 days and don't respond to emails (other than auto reply). I don't leave negative reviews but they leave me no choice!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE
NO STARS ARE WORTHY, but I had to leave 1 to write this review!! We ordered 2 x LAVA pendant light fittings for our hallway and landing - unable to upload photos. The light fittings do not in any way resemble what is shown on this company's website, when switched on and using their recommended lightbulbs. iLite have failed to recognise and will not accept that there is a dramatic difference between the 2 photos I have emailed to them. For this reason, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Customer Service is shocking and have stated that there is "no difference between the 2" having sent the company photos of what the shades look like when switched on. I queried when the items arrived that they did not resemble that on their website but was assured that once installed, with their recommended light bulbs, they would resemble what was shown on their website - IT DOESN'T!!

The advisor quickly emailed similar items in stock so exchange as I didn’t want to wait. New order completed and confirmed by email, delivered on time and in a safe place as I was not home.
Product ordered were 3D Wall panels, good quality only missed some general instructions to install but managed to fit neatly with DIY skills.
Really satisfied with the finish.
Recommend to everyone. :)
