Awful. Ordered a light. Returned it. No refund given. No replies to emails, and suddenly all emails bounce back. DO NOT USE.

Seems this company has gone bust? Ordered a chandelier back last year but never received anything, bad customer service and now the email bounces

No expected delivery dates - luckily it was only a switch. Tried to contact the customer service email provided but the mail didn't even deliver to the address, ordered 2nd Jan (over a month now). Would not recommend this site at all.

I ordered 2 lights of this company worth 200 hundred Euro in December 2021 and have yet to receive them totally disgraceful can I get my money back

I ordered two lights in November 2020. Chased customer service on several occasions but no lights arrived.
Emails are not answered, the phone number does not ring out and the website now states, permanently closed. This company ceased trading in August but continued to take people’s money. Totally dishonest.

Item received looked in good order but parts missing. The phone number doesn’t work nor does the email I have. From reading other reviews I see that the company must have been trading while undergoing the insolvency process. Very poor practice.
My advice to anyone is to check the people associated with any company and check the name to see if there are other companies they might be involved with. A scammer is a scammer and may move from one company / organisation to another.
I lite seems to now trade as Acqua Nera and the directors seem to be related to the previous directors of ILite.

One on my Ramses lights came without a base plate.

Now looking for a base plate for my Ramses ceiling light.

This is a fake web store. I ordered a mirror which never came, their website seems to be not active and emails bounce back; phone number not real, address fake. Reported them wherever I could to help others.

SCAM.
I emailed customer service with an inquiry, and they seemed friendly and helpful. After purchasing my light I've received no delivery information. The customer service email I used no bounces, the phone number doesn't work, and I wonder if previous reviews are all fake. Please don't waste your time or money.

Scam. Avoid. Company owes us over £100 from missing items from multiple orders. Phone number does't work and emails now bounce back.

Do not,I repeat, do not buy from this website. We ordered a mirror a few weeks ago and have had no delivery or communication from them. The address and phone number is fake. We think they may now be trading as a teddy bear company from the same unit, the positive reviews and profile pictures on their Facebook page are all from the same people. I’m guessing these are people that have been paid to submit a good review.

Still not received 2 items in my order & can't get through on the phone lines? No response from live chat or email!!! Not happy!

Haven’t received order and no contact from company😬

I still have not received my lights, I ordered two.
I try call the iLite store number and it’s says the number is not recognised. I’ve emailed and message via Facebook no response. I order my Christmas on Christmas Day.
I am utterly shocked with the customer service and would never by former here again. I have no idea when or if I’m going to get my lights.

I’ve been waiting 14 months for my new light!!!! I’ve sent copious emails, phoned still absolutely nothing!!!!

They don't deliver your order or give any way of getting in touch with them. I've called so many times I can't count, I've sent them emails with no luck. I place an order about 5 weeks ago now and it's still not here.

They have taken my money and shut the website

Appears to have gone bust, ordered late December got a DPD notification but they never gave parcel to DPD. Avoid!

Order still hasn’t arrived a month after ordered. Had no update whatsoever and no response to my emails or phone calls. Think this company is a scam.

Don’t use these at all. I’m still waiting for the items I ordered before Christmas. Just getting an automated email response when emailing them and phone number doesn’t even have a ring tone. There’s been lots of reviews saying same thing.
