Simple to use, great value.
Website is easy to navigate and simple to use. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that, being first time BTL buyers, it would have been useful to have a little more info on where to get each required document from, as our solicitor had forgotten to pass on two forms from the lender and we didn't know anything about them.
Great value overall, quick and easy. Legal staff were friendly and polite, but also knowledgeable and efficient.
Will use again / recommend to others.

A great service, simple and straight forward to set up meeting and clear instructions on how to upload relevant documentation. Received required document same day. The Solicitor I spoke to (Kevin Ogle) went out of his way to help.
