Don’t waste your time never called me when booked an appointment online, won’t be using them after poor service

The booking process is super straightforward but might not give you all the details you need if you’re new to it and insecure about the process, which is absolutely understandable às they provide bespoke services. That’s why they put a phone number and email address. I’m new to the topic and decided to call the team to clarify things ensuring I had everything ready to the call which helped me a lot. The team was super patient with me and answered all my questions promptly. Chat also was super quick reply. I don’t advise emailing them às may take long. So if you’re not sure and don’t know all steps to what you need I’d recommend you give them a call before booking the lot online.
During the call Poppy was super, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Super happy with the service

Highly Recommended. We needed legal advice so we booked 2 separate solicitors, Rosie and Poppy, on a Zoom call. We found both solicitors very easy to relate to, and they both spoke in ABC language, which we needed, I hate it when professional people speak and explain and your none the wiser. We would definitely recommend and use the company again.

I used Lawyers Online for ILA. They are far cheaper than other options. The service provided by solicitor Fui and assistant Laila is fast and efficient. Will go back to use them again.

Rosalie provided Independent Legal Advice (ILA) for my sister in support of a mortgage, and rather than actually providing any advice, seemed to simply treat it as a box ticking exercise, asked my sister if she knew the address and could confirm the mortgage details, and then ended the call in less than 5 minutes. I called up within 30 minutes of the call ending to complain and demand actual advice be given, and the team managed to get my case confused with not one but two other cases before finally figuring out who their clients were. They did then provide a second call where my sister could actually ask some questions and gain confidence she understood what she was signing onto (which is the only reason they didn't receive only a single star). The purchase ended up falling through and we had to start the purchase process again with a new house, and when asked if the lawyers could confirm the ILA was still valid for the new house (which was the same location, price, and mortgage type) they said we'd need to pay ANOTHER £180 just to have the address changed.

Could not recommend less, the same services are provided by other online solicitors for the same price and which actually provide well thought out advice (because we ended up going with them for the second ILA!).

Think twice and do not use them. Please read all the reviews before! I have paid the £10 for the 3 days trial, got no help in exchange. But I did get charged another £50 after a few days. I did not agree for any subscription but obviously they've done it and they've taken such a big amount of money for literally nothing! Such thieves!

I needed to get some ILA on my mortgage offer to complete on a sale and my solicitor wanted to charge me over £1000 for myself and my husband.

I found lawyers online and they were 80% cheaper so thought I’d check them out. The reviews all said good things so took my chances.

Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I dealt with a company that were so easy to use and transparent on cost and what they do.

Required ILA for a property purchase. Clear instructions on what documents I needed to provide. Good choice of appointment times, My solicitor called me within a few minutes of the time stated. She was professional and appeared knowledgeable. The certificate arrived by email within 2 hours. Very happy with this service.
