Fast, efficient service on the point. Easy to book appointment. Remember to select solicitor first as dates change while booking appt. No hidden fees collected from me. Invoice sent after appointment and docs released on payment on same day. Docs sent by special delivery, I received it the following day.

4 weeks after starting the process I…
4 weeks after starting the process I finally get the online meeting. The lawyer arrives 5' late. Then proceeds to read the mortgage offer on screen (no advance reading) and says he cannot advise because the mortgage is under Scots law. What a complete waste of time. Useless

As set out in our booking terms, our panel solicitors are SRA-regulated and able to advise on matters in England and Wales only. Scots law is a separate jurisdiction, and in cases like this it only becomes apparent once the lender’s documents are received and reviewed shortly before the appointment—so unfortunately it can’t always be identified earlier.
In this instance, the timing was driven by a specific lender process that is outside of the norm and unfortunately outside of our control. Until the required ILA documentation is issued, the appointment can’t proceed. Once everything is in place, we aim to offer availability as quickly as possible—often next day ⚡
We also apologise that the meeting didn’t start on time. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’re addressing this internally.
We’re continuing to refine our onboarding checks to reduce the risk of situations like this and keep the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Excellent and professional service. Tim was extremely responsive and supportive. He helped us through multiple reschedules (due to delays on our end) and even spotted issues on our documents that our conveyancers failed to see. The online platform is easy to use. The ILA meeting was efficiently conducted and well prepared for. Couldn't review them highly enough.

An exceptional service
An exceptional service. Remortgaging needed deeds of consent for our children, over 18 but students and dependents. Local solicitors were vague, and were going to be very slow and expensive. With huge relief, discovered ILA-Connect. Tim was so helpful on the phone arranging short notice appointments before one set off on travels and smoothing comms with mortgage solicitors.
