I ordered two upholstered beds from ikarus. Nola and Tosno.
Both are a piece of garbage. Very poor quality. For the price i really expected something better.
Very disappointing and I won’t order here again.

Incredibly bad customer service
My dinner table has still not been delivered, even after two months of waiting. The client representatives do not care at all about whether or not you receive your furniture and constantly ignore emails. Over the course of the past two months, I have sent roughly ten emails which have been flat out ignored. I cannot believe how a business can pull off such a stunt and still operate.

poor quality product
I purchased the A070745 Berlin Regal shelving and assembled it myself.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the finished product that is well below the standards I was expecting from Ikarus.
In fact, the shelving from Ikea is far better, and for a fraction of the price.

Buyer beware - terrible service - do not recommend
I placed an order on 18th April and transferred the payment immediately. I was informed when I placed the order that the item would be delivered in 5-6 days. The delivery time passed with no communication from Ikarus and no goods received. I contacted Ikarus and after multiple messages they finally informed me that the item would not be available for another 10 days. I asked to cancel my order which they said that they did and I provided my bank details in order to get a refund of my payment. No refund has yet been issued despite me writing multiple emails to follow up. I even asked that Ikarus just send the goods as many days had passed and it was nearing the delivery time they had given me. Ikarus then stated that they had cancelled my order so I would need to place a new order (although they are still retaining my money) and the new delivery date would not be until June!
So far Ikarus have retained my money for almost a month, I have received no goods and Ikarus have stated that my order is cancelled. Ikarus have not responded to my last three email communications.
Ikarus, could you please explain why you are retaining my payment and not responding to any communications?

Something must have changed at Ikarus…
Something must have changed at Ikarus reading the other negative posts. I became interested in the Misso couch but was unsure whether the color would work with my decor. I called the store directly and not only did they send me a photo via SMS they sent me a fabric example within 2 days. The colors worked perfectly so I decided to purchase online. We also visited their store and found the products to be high quality.
The delivery service was helpful and scheduled around my calendar. They brought the couch into my living room and cleaned up any remaining packaging.
The couch itself matched the description and was as beautiful as the online photo. The design is hot hot at the moment but I couldn’t find anything similar at Ikarus’ price.
I did have the chance to communicate with the Customer Services Department at Ikarus. They are not only helpful but quick and multilingual.
The previous reviews cannot be accurate! I guess it depends on how you deal with a vendor. If you approach with respect you will receive respect. Something angry customers might want to remember.
Anyway, I stand by Ikarus! Best luck with your business.
