Inexistent customer care and service!
Service is really poor! I have ordered articles in February, followed-up many times to understand when I could be delivered. Suddenly, the site and email is no longer accessible. I then reached out Germany and UE emails (offered on the official site) and NO ONE is capable of coming back after again many days. My experience is catastrophic, very disappointing. Companies that are in e-commerce should have service and customer care AT THE CORE OF THEIR WAY OF WORKING !

The delivery was very fast, the package was also very good (as in some other coments already mentioned). BUT they blocked the sum of the order when I ordered the goods and THEN again., 3 days later, debited my account with tha same sum. THe blocked amount stays on the account blocked. My bank cannot do anything. The shop (Ikarus) must unblock it. NO answer to the EMail, phonecalls....
I have to wait for a month to be able to use MY money!!! So, be ready to have on your account x2 money for a purchase. Never again.
product not arriving, customer service (via mail or phone) never reachable
We ordered garden stool couple of weeks earlier, they send a confirmation mail. Afterwards, when product did not arrive and the tracking number they provided was not working, we tried to reach the customer service for days and days. Neither via mail, nor via phone they are reachable. Very bad service. We do not know the fate of our product or how to proceed.
Never received refund (since 3 months now)
Ordered an armchair and received the wrong colour. I ordered a new one and returned the wrong one, and despite repeated emails and calls to the (almost impossible to catch and very useless and uninformed) call center it has been three months that I did not receive the refund. Never order with them, awful company, communication and inexistent customer service.
No delivery - no information
No delivery, a sloppy email stating that delivery will be delayed, and after that only silence, already for over six weeks.
Scam
Scam? I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and followed up 3 times to find out what the status of my order is but have never heard back. Super frustrating and very bad customer service. Cannot recommend!
Article was never sent
I bought an article that was in stock, 3 months later I'm still waiting for it, I try to cancel the order by sending couples of e-mails but they don't react, I'm never again buying from them.

Cancelled order without communication
Placed an order. Got no updates for weeks and no responses to my emails. Found out the order was cancelled and refunded in the meantime. No updates on this, just a refund.

I have received the items
I have received the items, quality was not as expected, so I wanted to return them. The return label was not in the parcel, they did not answer to my emails about it, so I had to call the -never answering- call center until I managed to reach an operator. Finally I got the return label per email, sent back the items. Now after almost 3 weeks I have sent back the items, I still have got no refund, and no answer to any email. I even contacted them through Paypal, I did not get an answer to that either. I guess if they do not refund I will need to ask Paypal to take action, but I will never again order with Ikarus, such a bad online shop service. Edit: I have contacted you several times, so I find funny that you ask me to contact you again in this useless comment below. You could just open the several emails I have already sent you.

After 2 weeks we get simply an email stating that the furniture will only be delivered after 6-8 weeks! We are now trying to cancel the order to get the furniture elsewhere!

I will never order again / terrible experience
I received my order very quickly unfortunately the object’s original packaging was completely destroyed. I gave the gift to my friends and when they opened it several items were actually missing from the box and it looked USED!!
I emailed twice customer service and never heard back.
