Your company doesn’t reach out with a phone call until after contract expired! I think it should be illegal to have to shop for lowest price carrier! It should all be the lowest price possible! I will be looking into solar power to try to get off this merry go round of price gouging!

The representatives were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They have contacted me and asked if they could do anything else for me. I just received my new electric bill and it was $12 less than last month and we haven't even had that much sun.
