Good bottles for the price and delivered quickly. Thanks for the couple of extra lids as one broke. Some of the lids didn't screw on as smoothly as others making me wonder if they had sealed properly. Some of the lid inserts looked slightly mis-alligned. They did the job but I'm keeping them upright as I dont want to risk losing nice whisky tasters by tilting them.

When items are out of stock they should be shown as so. They allow you to place an order then wait a week until it’s dispatch day to inform you that it’s not in stock, in the hope they can keep your money and have you wait for their stock to arrive.

Part of my order wasn't included in the package delivered. Very disappointed as I needed the items and couldn't wait any longer to have them delivered. Otherwise the products themselves are good enough. Just not happy my order wasn't complete

We never experienced such a thing as we did with ideon.

The customer service is below bad. We have spoken for the last two weeks almost everyday to customer/sales about our shipment. All we have been misinformed the whole time.

When we did the order we called and ask if there was a way to update the shipment to urgent. We would pay more. It is not possible we have been told.

We have been told the shipment would be at our side in ten days.

After we agreed to the 10+/- days we kept in contact about this shipment.

We never received a tracking nr or any other information.

But when we called we have been told different stories.

-shipment has departed now
- shipment is already at your side
- shipment should be at your side in four days.

Mean while we had contact by email where we asked for the tracking nr.
It was hard to finally get a reply but the reactions we received were so rude and without any information we asked for.

After we spoke through phone with one of the colleagues and he told us. I see the shipment is in the Netherlands.

We asked again for the tracking nr. And is we didn’t receive a tracking nr. We wanted to cancel the shipment cause it means it is still at your side.

After the threat, the next day we received a tracking nr, that the shipment left their side. So not the country. So the whole time we been misinformed and mis treated.

This company had ok quality. But the service is beyond bad, and not trust worthy.

This is the second time we ordered here the first time they used COVID as an excuse.

Not a great company at all.

Too bad, we a fast growing company we could have done great business.

Excellent service. Excellent product. Great price.

I bought some glass 1lt bottles and lids. They were just what I wanted and arrived bang on time. I will use them again.

The website was easy to use and the products were great. I ordered 2 litre plastic bottles and they were great quality, the customer service was good and I received them within a few days. I will go back for more :)
