Have only had a chance to use my hose X2 due to weather but so far so good

Emelia Modal Pocket Dress. 645244 item no. Very cheap item but, as the old saying goes, buy cheap buy twice. This dress would make a good shroud, shape less and does nothing for ones figure.

RHS Weedkiller doesn't work and they don't care.

Weedkiller RHS branded, 5 litres, costing £20. So far it has done little more than feed my weeds. Contacted Ideal World but they don't give a damn - it's "out of warranty" (I contacted them less than 2 months after receiving it - wanted to give it a chance to kill the weeds). Worrying thing is the label mis-spells "perennial" - a mistake I would not expect RHS to make. As the product doesn't work and with this error, I believe it to be some counterfeit chemical. Raised this with Ideal World but they still don't care. Am shocked and disgusted with their lack of attention and poor regard to their duty of care. Will NEVER buy from them again and have removed their channel from all of my televisions.
Have raised a case through Resolver, but so far IW still not bothered.
Dreadful company and definitely one to avoid.

I have recieved a reply from Ideal World still the problem has not been solved spoken to customer service people couldn’t help and really didn’t have a clue absolutley clueless

I purchased a vibrapower wave foot massager which is frankly DANGEROUS!!.
Firstly it's so heavy that lifting it could do you an injury.
Second and more seriously I'm a 46 year old healthy male I used this machine once and after use have lost feeling in my right foot and lower right leg,I contacted my doctor immediately who said stop using this machine they are simply dangerous.
I am now going to be undergoing tests and may well be taking ideal world to court!.

Customer service discusting ! Bought a faulty ebike and after over £50 on prime telephone line and 3 weeks eventually got my money back for faulty bike but over £50 out of pocket due to multi phone calls ! Never buy from them ever again ! Ideal world is just a platform for other companies to sell their seconds and left over rubbish

Bought a pair of Magnolia Bare Root…
Bought a pair of Magnolia Bare Root trees from Garden Bargains through Ideal World. I sent IW an email 10 days ago complaining about these diabolical specimens that I received from them. They looked dead on arrival and don't look any better now. I must have sent about half a dozen emails requesting a full refund but all I get is Fob Off emails back from them. I am at my Wits End with their customer care department in India, so much so that I will close my account with IW and buy nothing else from this company again. What a Shambles they are, steer clear.

Ordered 4 Cordyline plants on 30th May 2021.. they arrived today 16th June... the plants are ..: and I quote l from my invoice ... supposed to bec1metre tall ... the plants arrived in two different boxes.. one 60 cms and one 96cms .. so as you can imagine none of the plants are 1metre tall .. two are 56 cms at best and two 75 cms at best ...the supplier would have noticed this ..also they are not very leafy and several leaves are yellow at the tips .. . it will take time and cost a small fortune to send them back ... from other comments it’s no point in complaining... so I’m going to have to see how the plants grow .. very very disappointed.. not at all as described by the presenters.. shocking really.:

Ordered plug plants on 31st May - today is the 14th June and still no sign of the plants. Standard response from Ideal World suggesting that they are ‘experiencing some difficulties with the dispatches’. I have this evening been advised via a call centre on the other side of the globe (charged 13p per minute for the privilege) that the items have been dispatched today and have been posted via Royal Mail. Royal Mail don’t deliver to a safe place - I am out at work all day and so the earliest that I am likely to receive these plants will be Saturday 19th June (if I can arrange a redelivery). Customer Service has been woeful - not so slow in taking payments - but shoddy service thereafter. I for one have learned a lesson, steer clear of Ideal World. They are not ideal and goods could be anywhere in the world!

Very misleading.
Claims for prices are frequently not true. I heard a claim about the price on a mattress suppliers website being “currently £300 more”. I immediately checked and it was the same price including delivery.
Plants are also delivered looking nothing like demonstrations and are smaller, in poor condition and often damaged in the post. They also don’t grow well in their “super compost”.
So many claims are untrue.
They take advantage of the vulnerable and those who won’t complain when dissatisfied.

I ordered opti beauty curler that they said came with a complimentary brush. Firstly they charged me £10 more than the advertised price (which they did refund later) and no free brush. The item is not charging and I can’t find my receipt to return item. I’ll stick to Amazon in future.

I wrote to Ideal World to say that I would not be at home on the date THEY chose to collect my parcel. This would have been their FOURTH promised date. I got back home later to find a telephone message from the courier service to say that they hadn't been able to deliver my order from Amazon.
I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon. They were supposed to collect not deliver, so I assumed they had called a wrong number.
The "GOODWILL" gesture is an OFFENSIVE INSULT.
The compensation for THREE DAYS WAITING AT HOME - ALL DAY - WHEN NO-ONE TURNED UP AND, because of this, A MISSED CORONA VACCINATION is a TOTAL £5.00 ( Five pounds ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?)
That is a contemptible, insolent and shameful insult. The actual amount was not stated in their reply - for obvious reasons - because it is paltry and just scandalous and so very, very offensive.
This dismissive attitude has truly distressed me as have their responses which have - until now - totally ignored my expectations of a FAIR and adequate compensation.

If I could give 0 stars I would, took over a complaint for my 79 year old dad, who ordered a hard floor cleaner, he paid over 4 easy pays, 4 months later and 4 easy pays later still no delivery, He tried everything bless him, writing, phoning(expensive) and then registered an email address. Still no luck! I took over and 18 frustrating emails later, after receiving photo of wrong delivery address, finally got product, again sent to wrong address, but I managed to divert Hermes before delivery!! Never again!! this experience has been a total nightmare to sort out!! Shame on you idealworld.tv
