I love the iDeals VDR solution because it’s simple, secure, and reliable. It gives me full control over who can view or share sensitive documents, while making it easy for users to navigate. The platform is fast, intuitive, and offers excellent features like granular permissions, watermarking, and detailed audit logs. iDeals has given me real peace of mind when managing confidential information.

Their contracts are very predatory and the service is not worth it. Stick to the free services.

Becoming harassment at this point. Wanted to test their free trial to know how the software worked, and as soon as I ordered the free trial, I started receiving MULTIPLE emails per day, asking if I wanted to join the paid plan. I've told them to stop their email, which was 5 emails in less than 2 days, since it was sightly becoming harassment. The agent, Biance, responded : "Please do not request information if you do not want to be contacted.". So it will be the type of customer service response you'll receive by choosing this product. Given all the negative reviews here, and the multiple similar products available, give yourself a favor, and choose another one.

Constantly calling, texting and bothering me in their sales cycle.

Warning: It is a company that makes unjustified charges, threatening legal proceedings.
For our last project, iDeals unilaterally created and uploaded to our client's account a project that was never requested, therefore it had no users created or uploaded information. When the customer refused to pay for this, iDeals threatened legal proceedings.

Very good customer service. We were unsure about some functionality and got responses in <30 minutes on multiple occasions. Really pleased with the people and product

iDeals is an extremely intuitive due diligence platform that also meets with great approval among our clients and on the buyer side.

We've used several VDR platforms. Some are working fine but lack functionality. Others have plenty of functionality but have constant errors. Ideals has all the necessary functionality, has simple UI and works perfectly well. We've not encountered any issued yet. Truly recommend.

IDeals is a really easy to use, simple and straight forward data room product. It is so important that the technology does not get in the way of the deal - IDeals manages to do this seamlessly. In these times of remote working, online data rooms are the only way to keep the transaction moving.

iDeals Virtual Data Room (VDR) offers affordable and flexible service. The price is reasonable, and the pricing is storage-based, rather than user-based, It is good for flexible design. It has good control of users and nice reporting function.
The help desk responds very quickly and finds out the problem. Impressive.
Only two things to be improved.
1) Speed. In my region, the service is a little bit slow. I am not sure it is due to a connection or volume of data.
2) Rendering. Unlike other services, the rendering of document is a little blurry.
I hope they make improvement soon.
