Your products are great quality, stylish & lightweight. I have bought many cases! The only area to improve on would be your returns for Australian customers- I recently sold a product I incorrectly ordered on eBay as the returns process was terrible!

Still waiting for a refund (2months later)
I have been chasing a refund for nearly two months. Ideal of Sweden sent my parcel to the wrong state and I am still waiting and chasing to be refunded. I have contacted them on their chat 4 times now, all telling me to wait and that a manager will send me an email.
I was so looking forward to receiving their product and it's now become such a pain to get refunded.

Disappointing- do not waste your money
I was very disappointed by the poor quality, the gold on the phone ‘ideal of sweden’ label does not even match the gold on the phone ring stand. The marble is a poorly pixilated/ blurred case. Very very unhappy and regret this purchase.

NEVER BUY FROME HERE
NEVER BUY FROME HERE. BEWARE. First of all they DO NOT cancel orders. Secondly, if you do not like your order they make you return it to warehouse in Sweden, which If you live in Australia means you pay 20-50 dollars to send the package back. Thirdly case looks better in photo. Not worth it. Waste of money. No point trying to email them they do not help you, emailed them repeatedly and the outcome still remained as have to pay shipping to Sweden.

Brilliant phone case - best ever.
Always hard to find the right cover for your phone. When ordering online, often does not fit when you get it. I bought a new cover when in Singapore, so made sure it fitted the phone. So when getting a new one, I Googled Ideal of Sweden from the bottom of my phone cover, and found the exact same one, sadly not in blue though, so had to settle for black. I will never go anywhere else from now on.

I ordered a phone cover from the…
I ordered a phone cover from the Australian website. The website had automatically changed “iphone 6” to “6 plus” so the cover is way too big and not at all the level of quality that it looks like online. I emailed asking for a refund but was told i can only return by posting it to Sweden. Postage to Sweden is atleast half the price of the product so i would end up paying $35 worth of postage (between purchase and refund) for a product that wasn’t suitable for me.
