Superb system but not without problems….

We do experience a lot of issues with the ICU camera’s. All perfectly solved when it is in the warranty period. But problems will be there after the warranty period as well, then you will have to pay €99.- for a revised camera ICU will do nothing to check the issue just pay the €99.- for a revised version. We do have the ICU app with 11 camera’s so buying an other brand is anoying so you will stay with ICU. Hope the quality will be better in the future. Lot of moisture problems, burned battery connectors and screens that are not working well so you can not do the settings anymore.

Great camera BUT...

The camera is great and works really well BUT..,
1. Really hard to connect to the app. They send you an access code but by the time you get it, it has already expired.
2. If you ever forget it and it completely runs out of battery you can never turn it back on again. You've to send it back as it's simply broken.
3. So I bought some 18650 batteries so I can use the "battery save" mode but although the batteries are fine the camera won't turn on with it.

ICU works all the time

ICU works all the time. Just bought camera nr 4. Will be interesting to see the features on CLOM 5 compared to the 4's we have now. GPS and video are 2 mains we have been asking for the last year or so. Nice to see these remarks getting picked up.

12 cameras and are all fantastic

I now have 12 camera and all of them are doing a great shop. Pictures are clear en transmition is fast. the only negative experience I have I when I want to delete pictures. The app as well as when I do it online everytime I want to delete more than 1 picture at a time the app and system blocks. I hope to receive a respone on my comment and remarqua via mail yoerik.mattheus @icloud.com
