This is a total scam website out of China not New York. No replies to repeat emails to support email listed on the order. No way to follow up via phone as there,is not a customer service number. Also no reply to the “message us via our contact page”. 30 day return guarantee is a scam and a lie.
I ordered their so-called “velvet” boho open women’s cardigan (really a boho chic type robe). Received an ordinary printed polyester - no velvet fabric used in its design. There isn’t even an Elsie & Elton label nor even a label indicating the fabric and how to care for it.
The garment I received in no way resembles the velvet garment pictured on the website. I would never have paid $60 for an ordinary cheap printed polyester robe/cardigan.TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE THAT SHOULD BE REMOVED. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ELSIE AND ELTON NEW YORK.

This company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! The item I received was NOT what I ordered. They claim they have a customer service but no one ever responds to the customer service email. NO PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED EITHER. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress and when my package arrived I opened it to find a different dress that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I looked up the procedure to return and found out that you have to write to their support team, which I have done. I haven’t heard back and realized that it is going to be impossible to send it back because they have not contacted me. Do not buy from this company. I am out $50. Also, the bar code on the package leads you to a fake sight. Horrible!!

I need to start this out by saying I am appalled at the poor quality of the items that you advertise - they are not sweaters, they are flimsy fabric and they are so overpriced and poorly made and poorly sized. I need to return both items in my order ASAP. I have ordered other polyester sweaters that are knit these were not knit this is flimsy cheap fabric. I would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible and I will send them back to you. I had so hope to give them as a present to my daughters. They would find them hideous.

This site is a scam site. They claim to be in New York but are from China. Like other reviewers, the item I received was nothing like what was pictured and was of cheap quality. Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs.

The online store doesn’t ship the product you were expecting. I thought I was getting a cute hoody sweater. What I received after a month for it to arrive was a piece of crap polyester sweatshirt. It is complete garbage. I’m out 49.00 and The return policy does t work. Do not buy from Elsie and Elton it’s a hub for Chinese crap.

I tried ordering a woman's hoodie sweater. The item took over two weeks to arrive and it looked nothing like described. The top on their site was a thick, hooded sweater that looked woolen or cotton and woven with various colorful yarns. It was not knit at all; it had no cotton or wool material. I instead received a garment made of some slick white polyester material that felt water-resistant and had a faded pattern printed on top of the cheap fabric.
I tried contacting the seller to process a return, but they never responded. I had to report the issue to my payment organization in order to get a refund.

They only have an email address for customer service, no phone number. That should have been what stopped me from ordering. Please learn from my mishap.
