I'm college and decided to try icon out…
I'm college and decided to try icon out since I could pick exactly what I wanted with the macros I needed with the custom meals. Figured it would be better then the dining hall food, for my physique goals. Little pricey but when you compare it to the meal plan prices it was just a bit more and it has definitely been worth it. Cancelled my school meal plan after the first week I tried icon. Helped me get back on track with my diet and goals, and stopped me from having my weight fluctuate week to week. Also super convenient with classes, just gotta throw it in the microwave and I usually add some extra greens and I'm set

Best meal prep company
