Pathetic scam attempt
There is nothing legitimate about this. They contact people who have never even heard of them, let alone submitted anything to them, and try and persuade them to give a keynote address at a fake conference. Their English language skills are sorely lacking, and the two 5-star reviews posted here on Trustpilot are very obviously written by poor English speakers who were desperate to claim that they had presented in a "scientific" conference. It is likely these poor people were paid to give this Icon scam a 5-star review.
