IChoosr was used to collect the initial deposit for the Solar Together scheme.

I used a credit card that I very rarely use. 23 days later I had a fraudulent transaction on my card for $1188.11 to Google Ads. Speaking to my bank, there were multiple other, declined, transactions to Google Ads too.

I cannot be 100% sure this is because of iChoosr. However, I had only made 4 other purchases on the card for the month prior - from companies that I trust more than iChoosr.

If you want to know how seriously to take iChoosr’s work in assessing other companies’ suitability for contracts, just search Trustpilot for iChoosr’s recommended choice for one of the London solar pv group buying schemes: Green Energy Together. Farcical.

Not sure how they ever awarded a deal to Green energy together. Absolute disaster, there cannot have been due diligence or monitoring of the quality of the projects. I would strongly advise, and I will be, avoiding this company in the future.

I had a month to go on a good energy contract when on the 5th of july i took their offer and them at their word. 2 weeks later I ring up shell and they say I have no contract. so I call Ichooser and they say no problem give us a few days and it will all be sorted out. 4 weeks of false promises later and 2 weeks into no contract for energy, ichooser and the big energy switch thru unite the union says "we won't honour our contract with you, but your free to come back again in a couple of months time." so, they just leave me hanging with no plan, no compensation for wasting your time, nothing! stay away from these people! they are not even 1 star they are a big black hole of sucking incompetence and neglect!

Don’t give you any facts and exspect you to switch supply because they organised the auction. They don’t show you any daily rates or night rates or day charges at all. The web site doesn't even show you the rate until you sign up. Tired of these types of right off organisations. The moment you click no thanks for the offer the email us page won’t allow you to email and make a comment.

I want this to work but every time I try an energy comparison with them it is always more expensive than my current one. I can also always find a cheaper price on comparison websites such as Uswitch or Money savings expert energy club. They will offer better prices than standard tariffs but in my experience they are not the lowest prices amongst the top 6 let alone the rest of the market. Do your homework before committing.

Amazing collective switch, you just give them the information needed and they take care of the rest, been switching with them for year. staff always so polite and helpful. Spoke to some patient and kind people for this scheme, had to phone a few times as was having issues when filling out and i spoke to someone called Alex the first time and someone called Dina the second time and both were extremely helpful. Will continue to switch with them in future.
