NO RETURNS UNLESS IT ARRIVES DAMAGED. I ordered the wrong size and they will not exchange. I then asked to return the item and they will not take a return! I spent $500 and they won’t do an exchange? Or a return? That’s horrible business practice. Lost my business forever.

I was amazed on how to product look when received just mind blowing. The free gifts you received with purchase is the icing on the cake. Only negative is the manufacturing and process time a whole month to wait for finish product but was worth the wait.

Ice Cartel charges a 15% cancellation minutes after mistake purchase …
Ice Cartel charges a 15% cancellation fee ($44) even when an order ($291) is canceled the same day. I realized I made a mistake within an hour of placing the order, yet Ice Cartel still refused to cancel it without taking my money, even though nothing was shipped or fulfilled.
I’ve been trying to contact them repeatedly with no response. When I finally reached a representative by phone, she flat-out said there was no cancellation, even though it was a clear, immediate mistake. I’m now being forced to pay on a loan for an order I will never receive.
This is Ice Cartel’s policy and failure in customer service. Completely unfair and unacceptable. I will not shop here again.

To be quite honest this is my first time purchasing with IceCartel and I am very excited the quality looks great and the variety of options for sizes and colors is amazing.
