DON'T TRUST THEM - SOLD SEVERELY FAULTY CAR
Horrible Service and refusal to accurately repair an extremely faulty car they had sold me. After 3 months of purchasing a vehicle here, I found out a whole array of issues with the vehicle totalling over 1k in faults. I took the vehicle to Halfords for a service and was advised they were surprised it was sold in this condition.
There was issues with the brake fluid, air filter broken and oil filter housing broken and leaking. More recently, I have also gotten mail correspondence from BMW advised since manufactured, the wheel may have been adjusted and the vehicle could be recalled to repair the airbag deployment.
This garage are terrible for responding to complaints over the phone and will later claim that they have never heard any complaint from you. Try and keep all correspondence in writing.

We bought a dead car
We bought an Audi Q7 that arrived with a bad mite infestation, brake system needed replacing, suspension arm needs replacing, mmi controls didn’t work, speakers faulty. Then, within 28 days the car had numerous warning lights on the dashboard, the car broke down and had to be recovered by the RAC. The car was unresponsive to the RAC’s diagnostics and was completely dead. IBZ first told me I have no right to any help from them. After much deliberation, they said they would fix the car. I asked for a refund instead (as we are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act) because this is a serious problem, but they have refused. IBZ are argumentative and very hasty at providing any sort of help. Please please do not buy from this dodgy garage. We’ve just spent £6000 on a car that is dead.

You did not bought a dead car we have concluded our investigation today. Month ago your vehicle wss delivered to you and for your satisfaction you took the vehicle to your garage for health check up and garage raises concern and advisories over brake pads needs replacing and suspension Arm too and also full valeting was needed because of mites you saw inside car. we asked you to brought vehicle back to us so we can carry out the advisory work but you refused to brought vehicle back and accepted claim of £600 pounds. We refunded you £600 pounds for advisory works you needed to carry our for your satisfaction. After 3 weeks you called us you broke down vehicle became un responsive and fully dead. As you confirmed us to took the vehicle for valeting service because of mites and they have water damaged the vehicle. Also you took £600 pound from us to carry out the brake and suspension arm you kept that money and did not carry out the repairs which is very sad. you clearly had no intention to repair the vehicle because it was fine you just took £600 pound form us so you can keep that money. Garage found out the reason for vehicle not starting because ECU of the vehicle is flooded with water. That is the reason RAC said vehicle is completely dead. We are trying to get back in touch with you but your are not answering. We cannot give you refund at this stage since its on going issue needed discussing with yourselves. We are always open to constructive criticism here at IBZ MOTORZ as sometimes you can learn from it, however, comments such as ‘dodgy garage' are very strong words that most certainly do not apply to any of the here.
