I bought a new custom built “Ryzen Extreme” model from ibuy and after the first week of use I will say, I love it! Ryzen 7 9800, rtx 5080, 64GB of 6000mhz ram, 4TB SSD, liquid cooled(never gets above 60 degrees F) and all on an X870E motherboard for about $3,300 after taxes and everything. That’s WITH a warranty! I was able to get them on the phone to answer questions both times I called, great service, the build was done within a week of my payment processing and all I had to do once I got my rig was install the GPU(they packed it separately for safer shipping) and reinstall windows(this I would complain about if I weren’t so darn happy cause I couldn’t figure it out even with their instructions lol). This thing is a monster and it runs every game I own on ultra settings, and its noise level is barely noticeable. 5 star rig with a 5 star purchase experience.

Quick, relatively cost efficient, great company. They have very active support & a subreddit that is always active for help. I've been lucky to not need help at all with the product! It works amazingly, not a single complaint.

On 03/21, I placed an order to build a pc worth $2.4K and paid with PayPal (which went straight to my credit card which shows the full payment). I received an email confirmation with a link to track the status on my order, which I've used every day to check progress, and every time I've looked into it, I got the same non-answer. Finally today 03/27, I called and spoke with an associate who didn't seem to care about my concern. At first, he simply stated that there seemed to be an issue with the address. The issue being that there was no apartment number. I explained to him that that was simply, because I don't live in an apartment, adding that I was puzzled by why would that be an issue. My PayPal info does include an apartment and, when I placed my order online, I'd filled up their form with my correct address (same as in Paypal). Not to mention, that they could have called or emailed me, considering the fact that the order was placed 6 days ago. Having clarified the issue and discussed about the absurdity of the reason, the associate came to inform me that my payment had to be validated before they assembly team can get to start processing my order. Asked why, he just responded by repeating the same statement. So, apparently, having received the payment from Paypal (and payment has been added to my credit card statement) iBuypower still needed to be "validated". Eh?! I don't know about you (readers) but that sounded like BS to me. But, moving on. When asked about that (absurd) part, the answer as expected -and I am paraphrasing here-: "It is what it's is. And you can get around it". So, at this point, they have received my order and my payment since 6 days ago and i still have to wait -according to the chap- for one or two more days to go throught that part of the process. At this point, it became obvious to me that, no matter how much I tried to convey my message, the associate did not give a dam of my concern. No sign of taking ownership of the problem, not a "I am sorry, sir, but I don't make the rules" or "I will try to speed up the process so you can get your PC asap". Nothing. Finally, I told him that I wished for them to confirm to me by tomorrow, that the Monty Phyton "payment validation" went through and would not accept further delays without a convincing argument or otherwise, I cancel my order. His response was that they are open tomorrow if I wish to call in.
I'll let you all draw your own conclusions about this company

I loved getting a new PC, I can finally enjoy games without lagging or crashing. I previously couldn't even play online because of how bad my old one was, but I haven't had any issues with my new PC so far!

This was a gift for my son. Ordering process and picking parts was easy with lots of options. Price was reasonable, and shipping was fast! Will definitely be back

I bought this computer being one of my first I could not wait to use it! And ever since I got it, I have had no problems what so ever! I would definitely buy from iBuyPower again.
