Quality build at a fair price. This is my first time buying a prebuilt pc since around the year 2000 when I bought an Alienware (before they were acquired by Dell). Since then I've always built my own PC, even though it's kind of a pain. After seeing the Origin PC Neuron 4500X for the price and quality of components listed, I realized I could not have built anything better for less. Throw in "2 Year Part Replacement with Shipping" and lifetime support, I had to pull the trigger.

The only negative thing I consistently read about Origin PC was the time it takes for them to ship your order. I had a few weeks before my 1 week vacation so I was okay with some shipping delays. It took 8 business days from when I ordered for it to ship, which was acceptable to me since I had it 4 days before my vacation started.

Customer service was very helpful. You get assigned a customer service rep who is with you for the whole process, which is nice. I had Jay F. giving me updates on my order status and helping me to get my promo codes for the free games that came with my computer from AMD and NVIDIA. I was really appreciative of his friendly demeanor and quick response times.

As for the computer itself, it was exactly as advertised. It looks good and runs well. Based on my experience, I'll definitely be looking at Origin PC again when it's time for a new build.

I bought a sim racing PC for myself and a gaming PC for my daughter and we couldn't be happier! The build quality is fantastic, everything is plug and play out of the box and the customer service support is unbelievable! Throughout the purchasing process and through delivery and even afterward, Oliver has guided me at every turn and had answers whenever I had questions. I stand behind my purchase, like Origin apparently does, and would look no further for a performance PC.

From purchasing through their website to the instructions and packaging the pc rig came in, it was a breeze / smooth process. OriginPCSupport (Oliver) was reliable and ready to assist through every step of the way, providing updates on delivery status and checkins as needed. Oliver also offered any available resource to help with setting up my new rig. After I was able to set everything up on my end, Oliver even followed up to ensure everything was working as intended.

Really appreciated the updates from Bryant, this is my first gaming PC after switching away from consoles and it put my mind at ease. Also it ships quicker than I had expected, to be honest. Great experience

My laptop is getting long in the tooth, so I started looking for an upgrade. Obviously not the best time with current GPU and RAM prices, but I wanted to see where prices were at.

I didn't want to go through the process of building my own setup, so I started looking at prebuilts. It was also important to me that it was assembled in the U.S. Obviously, most of the parts are fabricated offshore but I support American workers where possible. That left me with a few boutique builders.

I'm sure each of the PC builders at this level offer good products, but Origin seemed to offer the best mix of quality, device, and price. The cost was slightly less than I get if I bought all the components individually and assembled it myself, which makes sense given their relationship with Corsair.

Everything was neatly packaged, all of the cable routing was clean, setup was about as smooth as can be expected with modern Windows. Refreshingly free of bloatware, though. The only game I've tested out so far is Crimson Desert, but the RTX 5080 didn't break a sweat. I didn't actively track frame rates, but I didn't notice any drops with settings pretty nearly maxed out.

Customer service was communicative throughout the whole process. Oliver and Bryant, in particular, were very proactive, helpful, and responsive. They definitely foster the feeling of dependability should any help be needed down the road.

I don't foresee needing to upgrade for a long time, but when that day comes Origin will be my first choice!

Absolutely amazing experience buying from this company! If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. PC is great and was super easy to set up. Support was AMAZING! Shoutout to Flex and Oliver for helping me out!! Love this company and would recommend everyone buys their PCs from here!!

Had some frustration with my bank when ordering some PC’s but, the silver lining was the Origin people were very helpful and patient while I straightened it out. And the result… the PC’s are awesome. Very powerful and very quiet. Helpful hints for dealing with windows stuff was included on the desktops. I personally switched to all Corsair peripherals and the color syncing with iCue was easy and functional. Also very good value; it’s possible I could have built PCs to the spec I wanted for less than I paid for these, but they would not have had professional build quality, backing or support.

Buying my new gaming PC from Origin was a great experience. They answered all my questions and helped pick out my perfect system. Oliver was especially helpful once my system was ordered and stayed in contact throughout build, shipping, and after I received my computer. I highly recommend Origin PC!
