Fraudulent Company

PC stopped working after one month, charged me for a replacement power supply I never received, and now are refusing to refund me for the PC which I shipped back. Out 2K+ dollars. Why you ask? Because they are petty. I opened a chargeback on the replacement power supply because I had a bad feeling about this company.

Ended up receiving an RMA and sent the whole PC back after they could not figure out why it stopped working. One month later they are holding onto the PC, power supply, the cost of the PC, and the cost of the power supply which is more than two thousand dollars.

Woke up today to find they illegally charged my card on file. No explanation given. Just a charge without my authorization. I understand why they have an F rating on the BBB.

No company gets all 5 star reviews

I guess there are so many influenced customers i must be wrong or the probability of a company that has been in business that long only has 5 star ratings. I have never seen a company of any kind, business or service have that perfect rating, unless they have enough influenced. It goes againt logical probabilities and if you beleive all the wonderful reviews then throw you 4 to 5 thousand per computer away and buy there stuff. I can buy every item there on-line at about 25 to 30 percent less and build my own computer like I used to. I think that many 5 stars is out of normal for the amount of business they do. I have told over a 100 semi pro gamers not to use this company. It is not hard to build a liquid cooled PC, there are only about 100 videos on YouTub that will teach you. Box, power supply, motherboard, CPU, GPU, Fan kit with liquid cooling built in , ram and the digital hard drive. Good Luke to all the sheep. Buyer Be very cautious. I still say tech support great but customer service sales suck. Condescending, terrible interpersonal skills and if your computer get broken in shipment to bad. They will give you 15.00 credit to IBuy crap store.

I bought an iBuypower gaming pc from Costco

I bought an iBuypower gaming pc from Costco. This is my first 'store bought' computer since my dad bought me a 386DX33 back in 1992. Every PC since, I hand built. So, buying a 'prebuilt' was a big thing for me. I was afraid that I would regret it, but this machine has really impressed me so far. the built quality is great, the components that went into are great. Very impressed, and the Costco Christmas Sale price cant be beat, especially with the RAM price crisis in full swing.

IBUYPOWER PC from Costco

I had a good experience buying a prebuilt IBUYPOWER PC from Costco. The PC was $400 off. It was a great deal and everything runs smoothly. I think the RGB looks really cool in the case, and it's very quiet.

Horrible customer service

I ordered the first computer on 12-10. it was delivered on 12-12 BROKEN. The entire cooling unit (which is attached with 4 screws) was swinging free inside, scratched and chipped the motherboard. IBUYPOWER blamed the shipping for the damage. I sent the computer back and had to fight with them to give me any sort of discount or even free shipping on the replacement unit. I called customer service on Monday 12-15 and was told that if my order was in by 12PM PST that it would arrive by the 16th. However, more dropped balls, and excuses from the iBUYPOWER team. My order wasn't prioritized at all and I was told that UPS didn't bring a big enough truck so my order didn't get picked up. So the "free overnight delivery" that I got really doesn't mean anything at the end of the day, and I believe this was done on purpose. This put a really bad taste in my mouth with how poor the customer service is, specially since with the replacement computer that i bought, i spent more money on. This is why they get 1 star.

iBUYPOWER Slate Gaming PC

I purchased this iBUYPOWER Slate Gaming PC (model SBI5N5701) from Walmart and have been using it for a short time. So far, everything has been working great.

The PC arrived well-packaged and setup was straightforward. Performance has been solid, and I haven’t had any issues so far.

The included keyboard and mouse are not high-end, but they are a nice bonus and a good addition for getting started. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality and my experience.

Worst PC company - worse customer support

Had a PC that was dead on arrival that I purchased directly through them within the year. Was declined multiple requests for refunds and told we need to troubleshoot the issue causing this before we pursue a refund. 3 RMAs (repair trouble ticket) later and just got off the phone with customer support after a 45 minute conversation with the "supervisor". Told that it was reasonable that they decline my request for a refund and then proceeded to explain to me the definition of "reasonable" and continued to interrupt me so we could stay off topic and discuss the definition of "reasonable". Was told there was no one in the company higher than Joseph, the "supervisor" that I spoke to. Scoffed, laughed, and argued semantics with me for an hour. Unfortunately, will need to take this charge up with my credit card company since I was sold a new product directly from their website and it hasn't worked and still doesn't work. The power supply caused a power surge out of the box (yes, I have a surge protector), and the rest of the PC components seem to be shot. They replaced the power supply and told me the one that was sent in the original box was faulty, but refuse to address the possibility that the power surge could've damaged other components. Will definitely get my $3,000 back but at the cost of a really unpleasant conversation that helped give me some insight to the inner workings of this company. Really unfortunate they choose not to invest in a better customer support process as it reveals the cracks within their company's inner workings, likely the consequence of greedy CEOs that hide in a big office somewhere. What a shame!!! Don't give them a dime. Support smaller businesses whose management will work with you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I bought a $7,400 dollar gaming computer from the company Aug 19th. The day I got it the CPU Cooler was bad. I sent it back in to have it repaired and it was going to take them longer then 1 month to repair it when building an entire system takes 1 week. So I said keep it I'll just take a refund and get one from cyberpower. Here it is 4 months later and no refund and they've had their computer returned for the entire 4 months. They lied 2 weeks ago and told me the check was in the mail. Now they are saying it wasn't sent and their customer service tech Joseph was being rude and condesending even though I'm not being rude to them. Every time I call they say they will look into it and call me back. No E-mail, and no call back ever. No one knows anything about whether my check has even been sent or not. I've been cordial with them up until their so-called customer service rep Joseph decided to get rude with me. Imagine being rude after keeping someones 7K for 4 months and lying about it... I'm thinking I'm going to have to get a lawyer to get my refund at this point since they are clearly giving me the run around... This was my first and last time ever using this company.

Great PC

Bought a PC from here and I have nothing but great things to say. Model: RDY Y70 B01.
It was at a great price point, shipped extremely fast and runs like a dream! Even under intense loads it's ~20% CPU usage or lower. Runs very cool, only peaking ~60°C with games with very intense graphics settings maxed out. (30°C in less intensive use) 10/10 would recommend and will buy from here again in the future.

These Guys Make Amazing Gaming PCs

Only had my new PC two days when writing this, but I can already tell you, this machine is everything I hoped for after putting up with the lemon I had for the past five years. It's wonderful to play Battlefield 6 with no hiccups, no frame loss, no lag whatsoever... except now I have only myself to blame for being poor at the game.

UPDATEL: They get the 6 STAR review

Only complaint so far is that when choosing a computer, it's almost a game in it's own rite. You have to slow and scroll through everything in customization or you may miss out on freebies or deals. I had intended to get a PC with a free copy of ARC Raiders with it, but when I actually ordered the PC, I chose Option 4 instead of Option 3 which included the game. I should get an email regarding this from them after the weekend, but I expect I already know the answer as explained. Who knows? After spending nearly $3k they may still throw it in... then they get SIX STARS.

POS PC and Service.

I got a PC from them through Costco last year as a birthday present from my dad, it was around 2,000 without tax. For the first 3 months it worked great with minimal to no issues. After around the 3 month mark it started to become slower, the wifi connection became horrible to the point the PC had no connection at all. Had to send it out and took a little over a month to get it back after they said it looked like nothing was wrong with it and even replaced the motherboard. After spending summer in another state I came back and had to somewhat assemble it back together myself because it was disassembled beforehand for transportation purposes. I don't have any experience before doing any work on PCs but I did it and it didn't fully start up, the RAM sticks weren't even put in correctly so I had to take it out and insert it back in myself which wasn't a part of the reassembling I did beforehand. After a lengthy call with customer service because I AGAIN could not connect to wifi, having to download drivers on a USB from a separate computer to download them on the PC I got back did it finally work. I am now at around the 3 month mark from when I got the PC reassembled and working and it's becoming faulty once again. The PC seems to choose whether or not it wants to remain connected while there is a secure internet connection. I did use an ethernet cord to try and secure a better connection but it did not work. My wifi is from my apartment complex's ISP so I don't know if it is a condition with the router or the PC itself. I did check though with the ISP we have and they confirmed that the PC had no blocks whatsoever to internet connection and was even whitelisted to give it a better connection. It didn't work. Now, I have to return the PC AGAIN to these guys in California because they just won't give my dad his money back because this product just ISNT working for us. Absolutely sick of this year long fiasco because I have work I need to do and this $2000 investment won't do its damn job.
