The staff was amiable and provided prompt responses to our inquiries. They shared the necessary information for the house and land package. However, it would have been even better if they included images of available packages for us to choose from. Despite that, we are satisfied with their overall response during the initial stage.

Brilliant so far! iBuildNew contacted me soon after I placed my enquirer (even on a Sunday!) I then received a phone call from a builder the next day and had a fantastic chat. Now arranging an appointment. It's very early days, but off to a great start.
