Hypothesism 

Bought 2 pleated dresses. One was ok the other one completely different, very thin and not sewn on the bottom!!! Awful!!!!!!!!!
They refused to refund saying the the dress is correct

Absolutely shocking, took four weeks to arrive, it’s thin, frayed, coming away, dirty, smells awful, nothing like picture at all. Do not be tempted. It’s just a scam. Trying to get my money back via PayPal, however the cost to return is more than the dress cost. They are in China but don’t tell you that on site. Trustpilot need to offer a zero star in their ratings as this would be zero star service.

Ordered a dress in Feb arrived in April!
Now I don't want item , they are avoiding sending me the return address or label to get refund!
Don't no order from this company its terrible

ordered a yellow pleated dress and it has turned up with black marks on it , and hem that has not been stitched(all fraying ) , customer services awful offered me £3 to keep it , paid 24.71. now will be looking at paypal to sort.

Awful - Dress no better than a bin bag - Cannot return unless you post to china. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They do everything they can to avoid refunding you. If you see the adverts on intagram or social media scroll past and don't get caught out.

Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered a dress shirt which took 10wks to arrive. The item did not fit as it was too small. Contacted the company to ask could I return item for a refund. They have refused stating that the right item was delivered. They are correct thd right item was delivered however was too small for me. They firstly offered me £2 refund (order cost £25.95) to which i refused. They are an absolute joke of a company. I now have opened a dispute via Paypal

Would give a minus if I could. Do not buy from this company, if clothes do not fit you cannot return them for a refund. Their suggestion is that you give them to a friend. Disgraceful.

I ORDERED SEPT 30TH STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY PURCHASE AWFUL

Products have still not arrived after nine weeks now. Try r products are supposedly in the uk somewhere and have been for six weeks. Have asked for updates which the company cannot provide me with and their customer service team tell me there’s nothing that could be done other than to be patient. Asked for a refund multiple times which has been refused. Have now opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Company says they are in America but it is actually a company in Hong Kong….. invoiced me for 317 pounds but then charged my card 375. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!

First I was overcharged, I got no reply, managed to get the difference refunded via PayPal.
Still waiting on my delivery 8 weeks later, I sent emails, all I get is a silly automatic reply now I've asked for a refund, still the same reply, I'm now going through the bank avoid this company like the plague.

I bought this for my daughter and it fit perfectly. The thickness is perfect as well.

I love this so much I bought a second one, feels like a robe, looks like a sweater.

These are obviously a scam. Ordered my item on the 14th September. It’s now the 12th October and I still haven’t received it. It does not take a month to transport f from America!
