PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't use this company they are a complete joke and should be closed down...I ordered a watch that they weren't even selling due to stealing another picture from someone else's website and then to only send a completely different one out that was broken after a handful of emails I was offered 3USD in Compensation then after another handful of emails they managed to stretch the Compensation to 9USD. The whole order was around 35USD and now they don't respond to my emails.

Just received this shirt jacket and jumpsuit combo after waiting three weeks. Design is trendy and oversized fit is comfy. Price was reasonable. Shipping could be faster for better experience. Happy with the quality overall.

Loved the relaxed vibe and washed-out style. The oversized fit makes it perfect for layering, and the raw edges add a unique, casual touch. However, the material could be a bit softer. Also, some additional color options would be great. Overall, a solid addition to my wardrobe.

After waiting over 3 weeks (came from US) the blouse which has a 100% cotton label sewing into it is badly made nylon type material. Wouldn’t have bought from them if I had known it was coming from US/China & so cheap & nasty!!!

Terrible item, very wierd design, far too small and awful fabric and they will not let me return for a refund. Very cheap and nasty, not sure even Oxfam woukd want it!!!

I am pretty satisfied with the design, its unique and casual. The packaging could use a little improvement though. The quality seems decent for the price I paid, so overall, good value.

If I could give no stars I would! Do not buy from this company. I bought a dress size 14 uk for £23 when it arrived it was more like a 22! Went back and forwards to their customer service, they refused for me to return as said would it be too expensive. Offered me £2 then £4 then £6 compensation, when I said it wasn’t acceptable they said they couldn’t help me. Very unhappy with the product and customer service!

Avoid.
The dress l saw advertised was not the dress l received. The design was not the same, and it was advertised as cotton/linen which it wasn’t.
The product is from China, and you have to cover return costs.
It’s a scam.

I wish I could give it zero. The dress was not as pictured. Fabric was cheap and badly cut. Took weeks to come. I’ll be just chucking in the bin!!!

I just received a linen dress from this company and it was exactly what l wanted. Having read other reviews on the company, l felt a bit grim about it and wondered if l'd even get the package. I was worried also that the material would be polyester rather than linen, and all of that through reading other reviews. Throughout the parcel's journey, the company kept me up to date on its whereabouts. And yes, the dress is linen and all was well. I know we sometimes have bad experiences with companies that sell clothes, but l will use this business again. I trust them.

The items were not as described, dress pattern was cut in a different way which meant was not the same dress. There was no flow, drape or volume. Had obviously been cut to minimise the amount of fabric (which was awful) They also overcharged me. Dreadful, AVOID

Wouldn’t even give this company a 1. Picture of the dress on Facebook looked lovely, item which turned up after 5 weeks is cheap and tacky. When will I learn not to buy from Social Media adverts, they are all scams. I wish Facebook would do more to fish these companies out or better still check them out before they allow them to advertise.
Lesson learnt again 🙄

Would give 0 if I could. Took weeks to arrive even though site said it was coming from Birmingham. It was actually coming from China. Material is awful, stitching is beyond disastrous and needle holes all over it.
Nothing like the pinafore advertised. Lesson learned, I won’t order from these sites again.

These are Chinese you cannot get your money back and quality is terrible.

Another scam - when will I learn not to ever purchase clothing from social media ads. The pictures looked fab, what arrived bore absolutely no resemblance. Zero chance of a refund, someone somewhere is getting rich… and landfill is filling up.

As all the others, nothing but a scam Website from China. No response in 20 days, no tracking. Paypal are taking on the case.

Hi i ordered a dress from this company seen on facebook. The finance company that took the money was called Infinite UK they took £30.89 i ordered this early April.

How I wish I had read reviews..all true, quality shocking, offered £2 compensation..refused to give me a telephone number to discuss or a return address....DO NOT WASTE your time or money...stuck with a sub standard garment , too shabby to donate to charity.. annoying

Made the mistake of seeing a lovely jumpsuit on a Facebook Ad, and purchasing. So the company is meant to be American, but it’s shipped from China. The products took over 4 weeks to arrive, and when I opened the packaging the material of the jumpsuit and dress were so cheap and nasty, the jumpsuit was really short as well. Silly me, I won’t buy from a Facebook ad again. I’d just like to share with you the “customer service” bot, following a returns request, telling me that I might as well keep it as it’s so expensive to return it and will take an age for a refund. Hope someone reads these customer reviews before purchasing.
