Second mattress from hypnia because they are so comfortable. First king size flag ship model was for new bed in extension. It was a discounted price from their refurbished unit and I’m guessing because it stank of fish but after reading up on this complaint learnt that it was short lived for whatever reason. After 3 weeks the smell was gone and my back was noticeably getting better from sleeping on this mattress rather than my 8 year old Simba in the master bedroom. So when we started to sleep back in our refurbished bedroom with our old super king Simba my back was stiff after every sleep. Looked on hypnia site and saw they were 60% off. No brainer. Ordered new supreme hybrid mattress at a fraction of other mattresses and was delivered within 4 days with the extra small cost to take away the old mattress. Thankfully this one doesn’t smell which was a relief to my wife even though I was expecting it to but new if it did it would subside. Very happy with these mattresses. Anything that aids my back is worth every penny.

I ordered a mattress at the end of May , on receiving the mattress I left it to air for 24hrs and then started using it ., however the smell is quite bad especially when I walk into the bedroom .. I have emailed company but haven’t heard anything back yet . The mattress is ok I ordered because my back has been suffering and sleep not been great .. I don’t get into bed and feel like I’m benefiting from this mattress which I’m disappointed in I was really hoping this would be the end of my problems but so far it’s not .

I got the refurbished supreme hybrid mattress and it’s perfect, not too hard or too soft. Perfect balance.

Had some issues but customer service resolved it with great rapid service. Shout out to the team

Highly recommend Hypnia.

After my order went in I was promised a delivery one day between 07.00 and 19.00 no body turned up and the following Sunday the delivery company messaged me to say they had delivered it ! I messaged a few times before Hypnia eventually sorted out delivery . The mattress seems great but too early to fully know if it is ok .

My second Hypnia mattress and it's superb. Can't fault it - the quality is excellent as is the price! Delivery was efficient and well packaged. I love, love, love my deep, most comfortable ever hybrid mattress. 100% recommend!

I bought the extra firm hybrid, as I have Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and I'm overweight. I needed a mattress to give me a lot of support, which this mattress does. I wake up and I'm less stiff and in less pain.The mattress is also extra thick/high. My mattress makes a massive difference to me.

Needed a new supportive bed, chose Hypnia & the bed is excellent quality & just right, the price was decent & delivery was speedy, really pleased!

Having both struggled with chronic back problems for many years, this mattress has made sleeping much more comfortable and, although rather expensive, this purchase was well worth the money!

It was my first major online purchase and I have no regrets, contact with Hypnia was always good, the professionals were very helpful in answering all the doubts I had and the delivery service was fast, and the employees were very efficient.

I chose to buy the Supreme Hybrid Mattress, I really made the best choice, my mattress is super comfortable and my nights sleep has improved a lot.

We like the mattress. There were a few hiccups with the deliveries but the Hypnia Team has been extremely helpful and I am very grateful for their help in sorting everything out for us and making things right, thank you again so much!

I’ve had problems with my back for years sleeping on various mattresses, I didn’t think this would be any different until I decided to try it out, now I’d never choose anything else it’s perfectly balanced so every position feels comfortable and stable at the same time, my back pain is 100% improved and so has my sleep

The longer that I’ve owned and used my Hypnia mattress, the more I love it. Firm yet gentle support. Supple yet form firming. This is the last mattress I’ll ever need to buy.

Mattress not received when it was supposed to and the delivery company were showing it was delivered they sent a photo of it in the back of a van somewhere but not delivered so phoned your help line several times and were told it would be delivered the next day no mattress left it a few days and called again they said they would send another one out by there premium company never arrived called again and told it could be 7 days before it would be delivered and was at the depot it did arrive . Then a few weeks later the original one arrived no notice or anything I called back and was told it would be picked up this is now may and it’s still not been picked up. As for the mattress it’s like dead when you lie on it and it doesn’t keep you cool like advertised very disappointed with the whole experience would not recommend to anyone.

Bed is super comfy and showing no signs of wear, support across the mattress is excellent, very pleased with this purchase

As with many potential customers, buying a mattress online always seems a bit of a gamble. So, one does research to the point of addiction! We chose the Hypnia hybrid mattress based on substantial reviews and in all honesty a lick and a prayer! The first delivery date was missed unfortunately. Right away we started thinking "oh no we've made a mistake. But, a second date was set and on this occasion it arrived on time. The delivery drivers were very nice and helpful. We chose the unboxing and take the old mattress away service. We let the mattress expand overnight. There were no "off gassing" smells at all. Then the moment of truth. Our first night on it. Well, it was just fantastic. It's been a few months now and still enjoying the restful, painfree sleep. I can only recommend Hypia mattresses for all you people out there wondering if there's a catch. There isn't. And in all honesty, for the price you really can't go wrong. Thank you Hypnia.
