Bought a drone online from them and after receiving an initial acknowledgement of purchase and a tracking no. ...... then nothing. No drone, no contact, no refund, nothing. RIP OFF company ..... SCAM...!!

As of 22 February, HypersTech has still failed to deliver the product I ordered. In effect, their reply to my review is a failure. My opinion of them being fraudulent stands.

Ordered drone November 25, 2021 (Order number 35ff2aa9366329). Never received the purchased drone. Multiple requests sent to their customer support email address went unanswered. No response from HypersTech. In my opinion, they failed to complete their contractual obligation of providing me a product in return for money. I will avoid doing business with them in the future.

I purchased a Drone for a Christmas present
The battery wouldn’t charge in the drone after unpacking I contacted the company they said because I purchased in November the 30 day return policy was up.and they have no supply of replacement batteries.
So I have a brand new Drone that doesn’t work.
Total Scam avoid at all costs.

Scam company - take your order - give you fake tracking page - cannot communicate with them. Ordered drone in November - nothing arrived - vague tracking page updated but nothing is being delivered.
!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!
The reply is fake as well - nearly 2 months have passed - no communication - tracking means nothing.

I ordered two pairs of the night driving glasses. They came in cheap, useless glasses cases, packaged in a flimsy plastic mailer. When I opened them, they were all bent up. Nose pieces completely out of position, and the arms weren't even close to being level. The material felt cheap, like it would break if I tried to bend them back to their original position. There was no documentation, no label, no company card, logo, sticker, nothing in the packaging to indicate what they are, or what their purpose was. I had nothing else to give my family member for Xmas, since there was no time to rectify this problem. I tried to bend them back into shape and make them appear to not be the cheap pieces of crap they are. My family member was less than impressed. With no labeling, or brochure, or any indication of their purpose, I had to explain what they were. They did not fit over his regular glasses, as they claim to do on their website. I emailed the company, and sent the photos of their pathetic product, that they requested, and haven't heard back another word. I've resigned myself to the fact that I got scammed for 70 bucks. But I don't want this to happen to anyone else. STAY AWAY FROM CLEARVIEW NIGHT DRIVING GLASSES!!!!!!!! BEWARE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

UPDATE Jan.19, 2022.
I've been told twice now that my information has been passed onto to the relevant department, and I would be contacted again shortly. Noone has contacted me again at all.

Update Jan. 21.
I've searched my entire email, spam folders, and all. There is no new email from hyperstech. But hey, thanks for publicly posting my email address for everyone to see. That's sure helpful!!!

I have now sent in photos of the damaged product 3 times!! I've been told the photos would be passed along to the relevant department. Still nothing. Money gone. Glasses we can't wear. Customer service non-existent. Scam scam scam

Ordered a drone for a ch present in November,received an email 2nd December saying it was on its way and to allow 15 days for delivery ,to date nothing,no drone no reply to my emails and no movement on the tracking app.Feel very disappointed cheated and ripped off

I wish I read all these reviews. I ordered a drone mid November. Tracking stopped tracking on December 5th. We are on the 20rh now so no drone for my son either for Christmas.

The reply below saying to click on the tracking sends me to a tracking page with December 5th being date it was last tracked.

Ordered $547.00 USD drones and accessories Got an email stating order was processed . Payment has been processed but no additional info from Hyperstech
I emailed and called at 5:00 am central time US to reach them during business hours in UK . No one answers the phone always loops back to respond by email which they don’t answer either. Horrible company. My 3 boys will not have drones for Christmas this year. Stay away from Hyperstech (I would have said company but don’t think scam qualifies as such).

No support. No product. Waiting for response.

On september 28, 2021 i payed for a SmartWatch. They confirmed the payment and shipping. I did'nt get the SmartWatch. On december 2 I clicked "Track it" in the confirmation-letter, and the answer was: " No information. We seem can't identify the number ". On december 2nd I sent them Inquiry. Until december 11 2021 there was no answer as well as no SmartWatch. Now dear reader, make your own decision.

What a rip off! Wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased.
Ordered one Tactic air drone with accessories, after ordering realised I’d ordered three! So immediately contacted seller to amend. Had no reply.
Then noticed I was overcharged, so requested a refund.
Tried numerous times to contact company, not one single reply.
Two finally turned up instead of three, no accessories wrapped in a flimsy plastic envelope, boxes damaged!
Update… gave the two drones I have as Christmas presents, neither of them worked.
Complete rip off, will be taking further action on my eventual return to Uk as currently stuck in France and unable to travel.

I ordered the "StealthHawk Pro" and some spare parts for it, exactly amonth ago, On 04/11/21. I payed 185$. I still did not get an e-mail , as promised, about shipping. Customer service received 3 e-mails from me during this month, but nothing happened. All they said was that "there is a lot of demad" for the product. Let me know ASAP how to proceed. All I have is the reference number that confirms my order, and my CC company that says that i was charged. Pls. Let me know ASAP how to proceed.

This company is a rip off. They either take ur money and give no refund or over charge with no refund. Do not order from this company.

I ordered 1 barxstop and found out 3 were ordered I have sent 5 emails to customer support and have yet to receive a reply the only way I could find contact details was to click on buy button then I found out 1 have now ordered 5 and still no response

Their customer service is horrible and nonexistent. None of my several attempts to contact them was answered. Only when I sent them a notice to cancel my order did I get an email that it had shipped. But I had already cancelled and disputed the charge on my card. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else

At the weekend of 16/17 October ordered an Activ Air drone on a website advertising it at the reduced price of £72. On 17 October I received an emailed invoice from Hyperstech for USD 297. I immediately checked my bank account and saw that £223.30 had been debited, inclusive of a sterling transaction fee of £5.97.
Since then I have sent several emails asking Hyperstech either to sent a refund of the excess above £72 or to cancel the order. I then tried to phone them but was put on hold and then cut off with an automated message suggesting I contract them by email.
I have received no response (or drone) at all from Hyperstech and have emailed them again asked for a full refund.

Drone ordered in August I have shipping details and tracking number with all sorts of assurances but no drone. Despite numerous attempts to make contact with the company there has been no further response. The live chat would be better titled dead chat.
A very deceiving and professional website that hides the truth about this dreadful company

I pay for the keyx24 .. didnt arrived.
They dent just the car socket that i bought with..
and they dont answer me!!
