It's a brick. Got a error message came up and it said to call them. I call them and he said I own what is now a brick. And they won't help me. How nice and based off their 1.* rating this seems to be a trend. A well deserved trend. So when im forced to buy another one it will be anything other than from this place. Buyer beware.

What a racket. Why would you sell a product that can't be reset without having to buy expensive software. We received one of your products in our thrift shop and can't sell it because we can't reset it from the previous owner.

Even 1 star feels too much. For 2 months I have been exchanging messages with support desk to get by product or my money back. After multiple times asking for product or refund I still have no response. Just a message that keeps putting it off. I am now waiting for my refund, which they are still not admitting to provide. If they are a business that is legitimate they will look to refund my money. Invoice number 6e799c06aed568.

Update Dec.13th Yay! My order finally arrived!
Update Dec. 6th 2023 My order is still in Luxembourg, and my €49 has not been refunded.

Update Dec. 4th 2023 My order hasn’t been delivered. The tracking shows that it’s permanently in Luxembourg- even though I live in Ireland and that’s where I want it delivered! I’ve requested that my money will be refunded to me, that request has been ignored. Don’t order from this site! They have taken €49 from my credit card, they haven’t supplied my order and they’re not responding to me

Update: Hypertech’s tracking shows that my order has been in Luxembourg since Nov. 28th. It’s Dec. 5th now and my order hasn’t moved. Hypertech have not given me a refund.
Don’t order anything from Hypertech- they have €49 of my money and I haven’t received anything from them.

I brought a Real Action Pro for a Christmas present for my 25 year old son. It claimed to be better than the Go Pro. What I received instead was more like a kids camera in cheap packaging!. I also paid extra for extra warranty and the holder

given 1 star as unable to give 0. Keep well away from this company, they ignore all emails, there message links do not work, no phone numbers. Eventually found another link, sent email to ask for refund for broken item, got email back saying it would be refunded. no refund, emailed same link again, same response. Don't waste your time, have contacted my bank who have claimed the money back.

Absolutely awful, items come from China and are dreadful. No returns note so hard to send it back. Not as depicted in the advert, very deceptive . Don't touch this company with a barge pole

After numerous emails to this company asking where my purchase was and when it was to be delivered, I finally received it. The problem is that the charging doesn't work on the remote nor the drone. I have tried a few times to charge and the light comes on for a minute or so, then goes out. I will be returning this piece of junk...

I bought this air cooler last year and it was broken after only one use. They did send a replacement after my complaint but the unit was poorly assembled as there is a gap at the back. We have heatwave this few days so I thought I will use it to cool down but it is just like a fan. No cool air but have to clean up the mess as water keep seeping out. Don’t spend your money on it as it is just a pile of junk.

Several (apparently official) sources report " Hyper Z Tech Limited was officially closed on 2021-09-28 " ( after 17 months activity ).

For me the desire to buy something from them stops here.

Hello, before Christmas I bought a drone with order no. 43e5624e999658.
I tried to fly it with your joystick and it flew perfectly responding to commands in real time.
I installed your App on my Iphone and the drone's functionality has deteriorated, it lands and takes off, but it doesn't respond in real time to forward / backward flight commands (indeed it doesn't respond at all).
The thing that amazed me the most is that the drone no longer works with the joystick alone, it ignores every action.
What can I do to get good functionality of this drone?
I have already tried to contact you, getting no response. Can I have a technical reference to contact?

After several attempts to cancel an order before it was delivered, I was told by Hypertech to refuse delivery and when it is returned I would get my refund. That hasn’t happened and I’ve made several attempts to contact them with no response. It looks like several other consumers are in the same position. I want my refund.

If you are complaining about some cheap & nasty gadget that has cost too much & hasn't arrived yet, you probably have made a typo & should review the company "Hyperstech" (with an 'S') instead.

I ordered 3 drone x pros, and all they hype said high definition camera. Once I went through checkout I realised it was only a low res camera. Within 10 min I sent an email, tried to call and silence. 3 days later they said it was too late it had been dispatched…only way was to not accept deliver…..return to sender. They false advertise this product….the advert is NOT what it is…be very weary. Also it took 3 months to arrive..

I'm still awaiting refund of $98.00 for order which was returned because of an insufficient address. I have contacted Hypertech via email several times but to date not word from them. I have a tracking number stating the return of this item but to date have not received a refund.

Hypertech is a total Scam .Don’t give them your info. They will steal money from you. They charged my credit card two months in a row for $64.99 and provided or sent absolutely nothing. Stay away. You have been warned.
