I’ve started using Hyperoptic and…

I’ve started using Hyperoptic and honestly, it’s been one of the best broadband experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Nimesh Patel(Ph 02039118569) who help me to get the deal. The speed is consistently fast, even during peak hours, and I’ve never had issues with buffering or dropouts when streaming or working from home.

Customer service has also been responsive and easy to deal with whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Hyperoptic to anyone looking for fast, reliable broadband without the usual headaches.

Silence from customer service

I contracted with hyperoptic two weeks ago and I have literally no idea when or if I will ever get my broadband connection.
It's a pretty simple question but customer support don't seem to be able to handle it choosing to be either unresponsive or occasionally unhelpful.
Not sure if it is to be expected to be left in limbo indefinitely but I don't think I can recommend this provider.
I'll update this review if I ever hear back from them or just get bored waiting and go with Virgin.

So having went out of contract without noticing, they upped my bill to £70 pound a month without me knowing. This company are just rip off merchants...AVOID....AVOID.....AVOID....

Hyperoptic switch left me with no internet with no customer support

I have sent Hyperoptic a complaint regarding my switch. The engineer visited today and switched off my current provider and the Hyperoptic activation has not worked. I am a remote worker and I am without internet, I have raised this and been told someone will get back to me within 10 working days. This is not good enough!!! Don't believe the website where it says you will not be without the internet during the switch.

Contract Renewal Experience

I received a courtesy call from company representative Matija Pecanac to discuss the options for renewing my broadband contract as it was due to expire. Matija was very courteous and helpful, and my contract was renewed in minutes. I'm really happy with the level of customer service and the upgraded package that I've received.
