I had a hygger 802 heater fail. I contacted the company, showed a receipt to prove a purchase date. The customer service sent a replacement which arrived within 48hours. Fast shipping and well packaged. BRAVO hygger! I didn't loose any of my precious wet pets!

I had problems by Controller failing at Hygger 1000W Aquarium heater (model Black Hole ) two times. First heater (ordering Date Dec.2024) and also replacment failed within time frame of 6...7 month. Great, friendly Support by Hygger to Swap in second replacment to different heater Typ HG145 reduced Power 800W. Thanks to Service Team, hope it'll work properly for Long Time.

Had a small issue with a heater after never having any issues with their products and have been extremely happy with quality for the price and they immediately responded, tried to problem solve and when it didn’t work, replaced the unit with no hassles.

Bought a 10 gallon fish tank thay i think may be discontinued by ivr also bout alot of other things from them that r not cheap. I have 248 reward points and thought well maybe i could get a light that would just set on top with my rewards and coupon it left a balance of $1.29 tried reachimg out but for such a great company and their very high prices you cant even get a phone number for them anymore than I can get them to call me to resolve this issue the light that sits atop the tank is probably a far cry from the price to replace the top to the tank ans becides that the temperature control only showed temps in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit how most people in the United States go by temperatures in fish tanks so I had to buy a separate temperature gauge that floats in the tank just so I know what the temperature is and can keep a good eye on it but apparently nobody wants to reach out to me so I give him one star I’m not too happy hopefully maybe somebody will get this and see it and give me a goddamn call and try to fix and resolve this 61 years old I shouldn’t have to fight with a company that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with just to get a goddamn darn light for a top of our fish tank that actually blew so give me a call or I’ll just keep giving you bad Reviews. I’d appreciate some customer courtesy that’s all I’m asking so once again you have my number I put it in this email. No one can reach you for some reason I assume maybe that’s because of problems but it will go to the Better Business Bureau if you do not give me a call or reach out to me and make this right thank you. I had a problem with my first model ordered but emailed and their customer support team got with me right away. They sent a replacement and it arrived without any issues. I ran this thing for a week and my tank has never looked clearer! I highly recommend this product and their customer support team is five star

There was some issue regarding my order (wrong item received). I contacted Customer Service, and she was very understanding and helpful. It was nice to deal with someone who is sympathetic and efficient. Hygger Aquarium is a good company. I've bought many things from them, and am very pleased with all the purchases I made.

Customer service is top tier! They were super helpful getting me some back up replacement parts, and even reached out to make sure I did receive them.
Warranty did its job
They warrantied my filter in a quickly almost no hassle way. The only issue I had waa taking a video of it not working. But I get they need to see that it malfunctioned.
