Hygge Pergola Reviews 

I would have given five star’s.. but had to wait a while for delivery of the blinds. The pergola is an excellent quality product, my wife and I installed over a weekend which was a little difficult at times with only just two of us… we took our time and the install went well. I would definitely think about using Hygge to install if you are not confident in DIY!
All our friends are so impressed with our Hygge pergola which has give our family another room to enjoy. 😁

Absolutely love our pergola. We use it everyday and everyone says it’s like being on holiday. We even use it in the rain. Great service and delivery. No problems at all. Would highly recommend.

A friend of mine told me about Hygge Pergolas! So I measured up and ordered the 4x3 wall mounted type.
Delivery was delayed by about 10 days! I was kept up to date through out my order. Once delivered, I got under way constructing my pergola! Instructions were very straight forward to follow. We are so happy with our choice. Thanks so much.

The Pergola was very good quality and wasn’t too difficult to put together ourselves. The lighting and blinds provided are also excellent. We did have one part of a blind damaged, however this was not a problem and it was replaced as soon as possible

I am absolutely delighted with my new pergola. Ordered a 6x3m with lights and a heater. From my initial enquiry, through to delivery, the sales team and online chat facility were superb. Every question was answered in a timely manner and super helpful.
The pergola itself is great. Very sturdy and looks the part in my garden.

The pergola itself is of good quality the installation is quick and carried out by people who clearly know what they are doing.
There was a delay for a couple of parts though and office staff never communicated very well with each other which led to confusing emails and cross wires which I had to deal with which was a bit frustrating. But overall I’d say that the pergola is good quality and the finish product I am definitely happy with

Delivered on time. Packaging excellent. Product quality very good. A robust and sturdy pergola that looks great. DIY installation is possible, instructions did their best. Definitely a 2-3 man job.

Excellent product and first class service. We erected a 3x3m pergola ourselves and the team were on hand via their instant messaging service to help with the instructions even on a weekend. There were some missing parts but they immediately responded and despatched them within a few days. Our neighbours have commented on how nice it looks and are now looking themselves. 👏👏

I don't often leave reviews, but I've had nothing but a great experience with this firm. As soon as I contacted them, they were happy to help. Delivery was on time, and the pergola looks great in the garden. Now we can sit comfortably under the pergola without having to go inside because it's either too hot or raining. I would really recommend this company.

After reading some negative reviews I was worried about ordering. Absolutely nothing to worry about though. Great customer service, I was kept informed of delivery and installation, our beautiful pergola was completed within 3 weeks of purchase. We're soooooo happy with it, it's like having an extra room on the house. Well worth every penny, very stylish, money well spent. We have a 3x4m with blinds on 3 sides and glass sliding doors on the other. Completely water tight, no leaks.
The only negative would be that it didn't say anywhere online that the heater needed to be hardwired in.

Called and asked for some additional information we weren’t sure about and these were answered for us. We placed the order and were kept informed whilst we waited for delivery.
The Pergoda arrived with a friendly two man van along with two blinds. My husband and a friend put the unit together and installed the blinds. We had to wait for the last blind but we were kept up to date on this. All done now. Love the Pegoda and the service and customer service was excellent.
We now have shade and if windy we can pull the blinds down. My husband loves it as it has given us another room. He loves using the LED lights.

Overall an excellent product. I've just retired from AkzoNobel so coating was important.Ive been sat in the pergola nearly all day and night. The blinds are great when chucking it down.
Lights are good and waiting to get heater installed for winter.
Miscommunication initially caused a slight delay in delivery (2 days) but customer service Mary and Fitz were great once understood the issue. Missing brush not an issue one in post.
We've already had friends asking where they can get one.

Product and service was top notch. Excellent quality.

for the price I can't find this quality! Even came with a free substantial heater, looks forward to trying that out in winter.

My dog even ate one of the remotes and it was easy to replace.

They didn’t delivery on time when we contact them they said they are out of stock, we canceled the order and the deposit is not refunded.

I ordered a Pergola from Hygge and was given a delivery date of 4 weeks. When the time came there had been zero communication so I contacted them, only to be told it would be another 2 months due to lack of stock. Then I found all the other reviews on Trust Pilot about repeated delays and no communication, so I decided to cancel the order especially as I wanted one installed during this heatwave. Getting through to someone on the chat is easy enough, but after 4 separate chats and emails sent, I am no closer to getting the deposit refunded and written confirmation that the order has been cancelled. Thank goodness I didn't pay the whole lot up front! The latest excuse is that the Refund system is out of action for two weeks. I've now referred this to my Credit Card company under section 75 so hopefully they will resolve it. There are quite a few good reviews praising this company's speed of delivery and communication, but given my experience and the other negative reviews I suspect that this is just a scam and a bunch of fake reviews. I've since ordered a pergola from a different company, which was delivered in a week with perfect communication throughout. Do not waste your time with Hygge!

I placed an order online (12/7) with Hygge and they took my deposit and never sent any confirmation. They claim my order didn't go through yet the transaction came out my bank. They are yet to return my money. I have emailed and phoned, no one answers. I'm out of pocket and cannot see a pergola or a refund in my sight.
