This is actually a very good product. Its construction is comfortable, does not leave marks on my skin and does not pinch. I actually had surgery to correct my toe several years ago, but it's not straight and I want to avoid another surgery at all cost! I've used several types of straighteners and they were just ok. This product has a wide bottom which holds it in place, without any discomfort and is also wide enough . It works and it's comfy!

I ordered my bunion foot sleeve in December 2025. When I didn’t receive it within a week I texted. My text was answered quickly and was told it was shipped. I must confess, I was impatient that it didn’t come quicker. Hyggear answered EVERY text I sent w a great concern for my satisfaction. When I did receive my product ordered I also received a text telling me it was delivered. It Was!! I am wearing the bunion sleeve and am hoping for a good result in repositioning my big toe. They are comfortable and easy to clean.This is proof good things come to those that wait. It’s not all about instant gratification!! Thank you. Toni Kawash

It’s good to know there are some really great companies that provide outstanding products together with 5 ***** customer service and continuing support. In my case it was painful bunions that badly needed treatment. Lucas at Hyggear was excellent and helping me choose the right product and followed up to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this company, its products and customer service/satisfaction.

I purchased 4 toe aligners. I received 4 packs which contained 1 aligner in the bag. When I requested to return the unopened packs, I had to take a photo of each of bags to prove they were unopened. First time ever to have to photograph a package before I would be granted the right to return the unopened packs. I had opened 1 pack and wore the aligner for 4 days and decided the product was not helping with the alignment of my toes. Read the return policy that the return must be requested with 12 days of receiving the packs. When I initialized my return request, I was told that the request needed to be approved before I could initialize the return. 4 hours later I received an email requesting photos of unopened packages before I could move forward. I received an email response the next day offering 2 options. 1. Pay to mail the packages back to Romania at my cost or 2. Take a refund at 50% of my original cost for the unopened packages.

Being fearful that this rip off was only going to get more complicated, I opted to eat my $56 loss and broadcast what a rip off HYGGEAR is and try and forewarn any other potential customers to stay as far away as you can from this company.

Sad part is, the company sells their products on Amazon and Walmart. If I had used these retailers vs purchasing directly from company, they would be holding the loss and not me.

I ordered the wrong item and had opened it and when I contacted Hyggear they told me to keep the item and they will ship me out the item I wanted at no cost ! Great service , I highly recommend this company !

Initial order processed and shipped very quickly. Excellent. A slight problem arose with the product, HYGEAR were informed and the problem was immediately fixed. Excellent.
I have no hesitation recommending HYGEAR with service like that. Well done.

This company sells small devices to improve the position of a persons toes. I have ordered from them more than once. The products are as described, however they don't really help persons who have really severe hammer toes or bunions. Might be helpful if used when conditions were first beginning to appear.
