This product just doesn't work
This product just doesn't work. I tried it on 2 vehicles and it just doesn't get the bodywork clean. Also you have to use 200ml of the product in a full spray bottle and it takes 2 full spray bottles to do one vehicle, so nearly half a litre of each product to wash one car. This works our very expensive.
The only good point was the ease of returning the spray bottles. Having said that, after returning they stopped all contact and I had to rely on PayPal for a refund.

Exceptional product and service
Exceptional product but even their customer service is top notch. Had a slight mistake on the delivery which was rectified within minutes by Adam. This is a sign of a company driven to succeed by customer service and aftercare. Will definitely be doing more business. Thank you once again.

Dont believe the hype.
Although 24 or 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery was promised, this didnt happen, and the Hydro experience continued as it started .... slow and poor.
I opted to 'go large' and upgraded to the 5ltr pre wash and snow foam bundle with two spray bottles and a free mystery gift.
Almost two weeks later and Im still waiting on the mystery gift ... if its like the other Hydro products then I wont be losing any sleep over it.
I use products from DoDo Juice, Poorboys, Bilt Hamber, Jeff Werkstatt etc (I tend to rinse, snow foam and alloy wheel cleaner, rinse, TBM wash, rinse, dry and wax etc)
Unfortunately, Hydro UK products don't live up to their promises and hype. The handle on the spray bottles is very flimsy and I doubt the handle will last. Most of the components to the spray bottles were loose/poorly fitted.
Roughly 1 second of spray from the bottle for every 2 seconds of pumping ... oh err ;-)
For push bikes then these spray bottles maybe okay. Even for a small car, like my wife's Picanto, its impossible to cover an entire side or roof panel in one go.
The pre wash and snow foam didn't lift anything in comparison to snow foams by DoDo Juice, Bilt Hamber etc
If you do have access to an outside electricity socket and water supply then stick with your pressure washer and TBM wash.
Very disappointing and expensive for what these products are/aren't.

DO NOT BUY. Started with next day delivery that took a week! The snow foam bottles are useless tat and the snow foam is the worst I have ever used! I had a code for a free mystery box worth "at least £45". There was no way the 3 sample bottles were worth £45. Other companies give they out free anyway. The listing has since been changed to "up to £45"!! Dont waste your money with this seller they rely on facebook pressure sales, To me looks like either its different product in videos or video is AI. use a proper chemical supplier who is happy to go through chemicals with you.

I was given a £10 voucher to spend and I don't really need any chemicals at the moment so thought I would try one of the drying towels.
It arrived very quickly. I was dubious about how much water it would absorb as it was quite thin but I have to admit I was really surprised how well it worked.I have a large car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and it does take a while to dry but it did a good job.
Overall for what I paid it's a decent drying towel.

Beyond Expectation
The purchase was for the Pre and the Snow including two pump sprays. Contrary to some reviews I found the pump action on the units easy and very effective. The seals were excellent. The pre wash worked exceptionally well on the main body of the car and also the wheels. The Snowfoam did its job and there was no streaking. I will certainly purchase again

Impressively good service from Hydrouk
Ordered goods arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the spray nozzle was broken on receipt but as soon as I alerted Hydrouk of the problem, they immediately dispatched a new nozzle. Very impressed with the service from Hydro UK and especially Harry who sorted out problem very quickly

Watched the videos of the 2 part wash system liked what i seen
Videos of dirty 4x4,s been washed clean with pre wash then snow foam then washed off with a hose

Did to the tee still no improvement in the cleaners of the car
To be told I need to wash after with there shampoo
No mention of this in there videos just false hopes
Informed hydro i felt robbed / missed lead there reply have a free bottle of car wash
I then told them I did not want this
And really not happy with product no offer to refund return had to find this out by trading standards
Requested a return have to supply own box as they won't send out box which the original was damaged due to a leaking product
Then to cap it off they will charge me £4 for a returns label
Shocking service really
Harry although did reply to most emails quickly
Just kept offering a free bottle of shampoo
Which was just rubbing it in further by saying after the pre wash and snow foam there product won't remove dirt like there many reels on Facebook ect muddy land-rover cleaned with the pre wash and snow foam then a hose
But no he admitted the system does not work with out a wash after !!
£89.99 wasted in my opinion for a wash no better than a cheep car wash
Hurts me to leave a bad review but sadly I don't like been conned
Snow foam bottle has to be pumped constantly and no way can you cover the side of a land-rover with one prime of the pressure bottle

By far the best car cleaning products…
By far the best car cleaning products I've used in years ... so easy to use for anyone and no need for stupidity expensive details to clean your vehicle... I clean my 66 beetle with factory paint and my Golf R32 in black (the worst colour to keep clean) but after using the products it's show quality clean, inside and out... I use this for all the car shows ...love it ... BEST ON THE MARKET

Didn't meet expectations
Ordered V2 and tyre bundles. Received a mixture of items in damaged packaging. No tyre bundle received at all nor a 5 litre bottle from the other set but did get some small interior bottles. Queried and was asked to return the interior stuff sent in error. Have confirmed shipping and proof of return delivery but no no reply from hydro and still missing over half my order. 3 weeks gone now. Hard to review something positively when they don't deliver or communicate leaving me feeling like I've been scammed. Still bombarding me with marketing emails though.
