Wouldn’t wash off my car and left permanent marks
Borrowed my partners hydro stuff to wash my car and I wasn’t very impressed. The bottles were bad quality so used one from a different brand. The product clung to my car and the water has been coming off it soapy for the next four washes, despite going back to my usual products! No idea how to get it off. Leaves horrible streaky marks and has damaged some of my exterior plastics leaving permanent streaks in the coating. I’m surprised this isn’t mentioned in other reviews. I left the pre and snow foam on the allotted time and washed off, it shouldn’t have done any damage. The only positive was that it did lift most of the dirt off with no scrubbing. Safe to say he’s gotten rid of it as he had a similar experience when using it on his cars.

Hi Hetty, thank you for your feedback. However, this information is incorrect. Our products are non-caustic, meaning they are specifically formulated not to damage vehicle paintwork, coatings, trim, or other exterior surfaces when used as directed.
If the product was thoroughly rinsed after use, it would not leave permanent marks on a vehicle. Any temporary residue or soap suds would be removed during normal rinsing and washing.
We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the results, but we cannot agree with the suggestion that the product ruined the car or caused lasting damage, as this is not consistent with the product's formulation or intended use. Hydro UK Customer Support

Pump Issue
I had an issue with the pump on the spray bottle. I emailed the support team and within two minutes Harry had responded asked for some photos and after I sent them he had arranged a replacement pump.

Good customer service
I ordered the essential pack, with the mystery box and a mystery new product. The delivery was quick and went well except for a missing item. I made contact with Hydro and spoke to Adam who was really helpful and sent the missing item, which was delivered the following day. I haven’t had chance to try the products but I am looking for to trying them.

Excellent service all round
Dealt with Hydro on 3 occasions now and there products are excellent, my most recent order had 1 item incorrect but Harry was brilliant and arranged a replacement straight away.
Recommend anyone needing car cleaning products check them out.

Fast shipping, detailing bucket was damaged during shipping, Harry resolved the issue within the hour and a new bucket has been shipped, will definitely be getting more products from these guys in the future

Made washing the car enjoyable.
The products were easy to order and delivered quickly in suitably protected packaging.
The spray bottles were easy to use. The pre wash and snow foam dragged the dirt away no problem.
The wash and polish products along with the hand mop and dry towel left the car gleaming.
All in all they made cleaning the car an enjoyable experience.
Excellent product, will be buying more in the future.

I had items from my order missing.
But when I got in contact with hydro.
Adam got back to me very quickly and checked over my order . Once he knew what was missing he immediately shipped them out.

I saw an advert for Hydro some months ago. I bought a bundle to give it a try. I have since ordered more as I was very impressed. I use it on my white Audi Q5 Tdi, my black Porsche Cayenne S and my blue Aston Martin Vantage. I've quoted all and colours as this product makes all look great before I use high end wax etc. I highly recommend this product.

Caravan cleaner great and customer service as good
Ordered the caravan bundle with 2 spray bottles and was amazed at how good the cleaning foam was and so effortlessly to get rid of deep stains.
Unfortunately one of the spray bottles had a leak from a manufacturing fault.
I emailed to report the faulty bottle.
Adam responded quickly and I sent a video of the problem and within 2 hours a replacement was on its way.

I recieved my order from Hydro very promptly. There was a slight issue with the delivery. I emailed customer services and within 2 hours I had a response from Adam. The issue was sorted within a few hours of my initial email. Adam couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was to much trouble for him. They are a great company, there products are awesome and all I use to keep my vehicle clean and there customer service is second to none.

Ordered a kit from Hydro and then tried…
Ordered a kit from Hydro and then tried to cancel one day later as I saw a You Tube video showing how the spray devices are very poor and fall to bits. I sent note to Hydro who said refuse the delivery and it will be returned/refunded. DPD guy said I cant refuse delivery and even though I put in safe place I dont want this parcel delivered they just dumped it on my doorstep. I will never ever purchase anything again from Hydro or use DPD.

Absolute waste of money.
These products do not operate as shown in the videos so a complete waste of money. Mine is in the dustbin today.
